This manual provides detailed information on the operation and maintenance of the device. Before using the device, read the enclosed manual and use it as described. Keep this manual accessible and ensure all users are familiar with it.
The Sillon electric cosmetic chair is professional equipment suitable for beauty salons, ideal for massages, cosmetic treatments, and physiotherapeutic sessions. It is designed for maximum comfort during treatments and consists of four parts with a removable cushion. Handles on both sides of the seat allow for convenient placement of the control remote.
Load Capacity
Maximum load capacity of the product: 150 kg
The seat body can support a maximum load of 150 kg. Do not exceed this weight limit. Avoid jumping on the backrest or applying excessive pressure on the armrests to prevent damage to the chair's structure.
Packaging and Handling
Note: Cardboard and outer cartons, with a total of 10 layers of paper, are used for packaging to ensure product protection. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for future use, especially for warranty returns.
For safety, two people are required to lift the chair out of the carton. Lift from the headrest and footrest positions only, not from the armrests.
Before use, check that the package is intact and has not been damaged during transportation. Report any issues to the transportation company or after-sales personnel within 2 days of receiving the device. Ensure all accessories are complete.
Usage Environment and Setup
The electric beauty chair must be used in a closed, dry room. The ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +40°C, with relative humidity between 30% and 75%. If the chair has been exposed to temperatures below 0°C, allow at least 5 hours for it to reach room temperature before use.
Before using the chair, follow these steps:
- Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Verify the chair is in working order.
- Place the chair in the intended area of use.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable outlet.
Tip: Children and inexperienced persons should not use this device without supervision. Ensure children do not play near the chair. For safety, unplug the device when unattended and disconnect the power cord.

Warnings:
- The footrest is not designed to support the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrest or footrest.
- Do not use the chair near flammable gases.
- Do not lift more weight than the chair can support.
- Ensure electrical outlets are within 2 meters.
Notes:
- Always plug the power cord into a grounded outlet for safety.
- Do not tie the power cord to the device; pulling or lifting it may cause damage. Ensure it can be easily removed in an emergency.
- Remove the power cord before moving the chair to prevent it from getting stuck.
- If the power cord is damaged, immediately disconnect it, stop using the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cord.
- Do not allow unauthorized persons to operate the control remote.
- Do not place objects under the chair.
- Ensure sufficient clearance around the chair for folding and unfolding.
- Keep the area around the chair free of sharp or harmful objects.
- Do not modify the device yourself. If it malfunctions, stop use and contact an authorized service center.
Operation
Use of the device: Connect the power cord to an external power supply (110V~240V).
Manual Control Functions:
- Lifting Height: The bed height can be adjusted from 58 cm to 82 cm from the ground. (Controlled by buttons A and B on the remote).
- Back and Leg Adjustment: The backrest can be lifted from 0° to 80°, and the leg rest can be lifted from 0° to 90°. (Controlled by buttons C, D, E, F on the remote).
- Retractable Footrest: The footrest can be extended or retracted by 0-12 cm.
Armrest Installation Method:
Ensure the seat is in a horizontal position. Slide the armrest into the designated hole on the side of the backrest. Attach it firmly by twisting it right or left until it clicks into place. Repeat for the other armrest. The armrest is perpendicular to the ground and can be rotated 180°.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, unplug the device.
To maintain the chair's condition, clean it regularly and disinfect it after each use. A thorough disinfection is recommended monthly.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces:
Wipe with a damp cloth. Use a small brush for hard-to-reach areas. Avoid excessive liquid. Disinfect with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces:
A mild detergent solution is best. Ammonia and most solvents can remove tough stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Painted or Chrome-plated Metal Surfaces:
- Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water cannons).
- Avoid cleaning in high temperatures or humidity, or exposing the device to conditions that may lead to liquid contamination.
- Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
IV. Chair Surface (Seat):
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner, then finish with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
Unplug the device before performing maintenance.
- Repairs must be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Unauthorized repairs may cause injury or damage, for which the manufacturer is not liable.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the chair or accessories if they are not functioning correctly.
- Document all maintenance and repair work.
Maintenance Measures:
Check controls and wiring weekly. Inspect the following items at least every six months:
- Power cord and its attachment
- Motor wiring
- Control box and its wiring
- Accessory attachments
- Normal operation of the locking system
If defects are found, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service center. Only authorized personnel should open or replace the actuator/control unit. If any part is damaged, unplug the power cord, stop use, and notify the service center.

Safety Measures
- This device is professional equipment for beauty parlors. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel minimizes risks.
- Do not disassemble the device or use it for purposes other than those specified in this manual. All servicing and repairs must be performed by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Ltd.).
- Do not install or operate the device near liquids, wet places, or with wet hands to prevent liquid ingress.
- Immediately unplug the device and contact authorized service if:
- Liquid has entered the device.
- The device emits strange odors, smoke, or sounds.
- The power cord is damaged.
- The device has been knocked over or its housing is damaged.
- Do not place objects on cables. Do not install the device where the power cord may be stepped on.
- For safety, unplug the power cord from the outlet after each use.
- Do not insert objects into device openings. If a foreign object enters, unplug the device and contact the distributor or manufacturer. Do not place the device on unstable carts, shelves, or vehicles, as it may be damaged if dropped.
- To ensure the device's lifespan, maintain a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again after switching it off.
- The power supply must comply with the nameplate specifications to prevent incorrect operation, damage, or burning.
Caution and Disposal
Caution:
- In case of power cord damage or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- Children aged 8 and above, and persons with diminished physical/mental capabilities or lack of experience, may use the equipment under supervision, provided they understand the associated risks.
- The equipment is not intended for play. Do not allow children to play with it.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons unfamiliar with its use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use can pose health risks or lead to death. Use and store it out of children's reach.
Disposal of the Device:
Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging at raw material reprocessing centers according to environmental protection principles. Do not dispose of in household waste containers. Follow relevant regulations. According to Directive 2012/19/EC, waste electrical equipment should be collected separately and handed over to collection points for reprocessing. Recyclable components should be reprocessed. Hand over to appropriate collection points or ACTIVESHOP Ltd.
Storage and Transport:
Transport the device within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C in its original packaging. Store in a well-ventilated area with humidity not exceeding 75%. Operating temperature is +10°C to +40°C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown, dropped, or exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric agents.
