Lighting Fixture Mounting & Wiring Guide
Mounting & Wiring
WARNING: Improper installation may cause electrical shock, fire, or equipment damage. The person performing the installation must be familiar with the construction and operation of the product and associated hazards.
Wire Connection Diagram
The diagram illustrates the wiring process in five steps:
- Components: Shows fixture wires (labeled L for live, N for neutral, GND for ground), wire nuts, and a ground wire.
- Wire Connection: Connect the black wire to the live wire, the white wire to the neutral wire, and the ground wire to the ground connection.
- Secure Wiring: Wires enter the ceiling and are tightened.
- Mounting: The fixture is secured to the ceiling.
- Canopy Attachment: The canopy is attached.
Installation Procedure
Please proceed in an alphabetical order for parts:
- A. Existing Electrical BOX
- B. Crossbar
- C. Crossbar Screws
- D. Ground Wire
- E. Canopy
- F. Wire (fixture wire)
- G. Junction Caps (wire nuts)
Steps:
- Attach the crossbar (B) to the existing electrical box (A) using the two crossbar screws (C). These screws are not supplied and should already be in your box.
- Pass the main wire (F) and ground wire (D) through the canopy (E) and the crossbar (B) until the end of the main wire (F) reaches the electrical box (A).
- Connect the wires using electrician-approved junction caps (G). Stow the excess wire in the electrical box (A).
- Raise the canopy (E), attach it to the ceiling, and secure the canopy (E).
Dimensions
The fixture has the following approximate dimensions:
- Height: 910 [35.8"]
- Width: 180 [7.2"]
- Length/Depth: 2620 [103.15"]
- Component Size: 120 [4.7"]
Diagram Description: The dimension diagram shows a vertical pole with multiple horizontal arms, each supporting a light. Measurements are provided for the overall height (910mm / 35.8in), the width of the fixture array (180mm / 7.2in), the total length or depth (2620mm / 103.15in), and a specific component size (120mm / 4.7in).
