Samsung Cashback Promotion: Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Samsung Cashback Promotion, organized by Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. ("SAMSUNG").
I. Promotion Identification
Promotion Name: Cashback Campaign August Alkosto and Falabella (the “PROMOTION”).
Promotion Validity: August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks last.
Available Units: 1397 units available for the BENEFIT across all participating references and authorized stores.
Applicable Territory: Nationwide.
Applicable Channels: Online and physical channels of participating Authorized Stores.
II. Preliminary Considerations
Participation in this PROMOTION signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (T&C). The T&C can be consulted at www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc.
III. Specific Promotion Conditions
Promotion Objective: Customers will receive a cashback amount (the “BENEFIT”) upon purchasing specific Samsung TV models and soundbars. The cashback amounts vary depending on the product model.

III. Customer Eligibility and Benefit Redemption
Eligible Customers: Natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities.
Mechanics: Customers can participate by purchasing eligible PRODUCTS through the online or physical channels of Authorized Stores within the promotion period.
Benefit Conditions:
- The BENEFIT is cumulative with other ongoing promotions (e.g., free installation + base, Lifemiles).
- The number of available units for the BENEFIT matches the number of available units for the PRODUCT.
- Customers can redeem the BENEFIT based on the number of PRODUCTS purchased, regardless of the number of transactions.
- If the Authorized Store is an online channel and the BENEFIT is a product or service, the BENEFIT will be delivered provided the customer has not exercised their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT.
Additional Instructions for Benefit:
- BENEFITS can only be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria accounts.
- Customers must contact a designated advisor via WhatsApp at +57 304 597 7569 between Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays), by September 5, 2025, to initiate the process. Failure to contact within this period will result in forfeiture of the BENEFIT.
- The BENEFIT will be delivered within twenty (20) business days following information validation.
- During the WhatsApp conversation, customers must:
- Accept SAMSUNG's personal data protection policy.
- Provide full name, address, email, and phone number associated with the account for reimbursement.
- If a Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account is not available, a signed authorization letter from a third party must be provided, including the third party's details (full name, ID, account details) and a copy of their ID.
- Provide a clear and legible photo of the purchase invoice, along with a copy of their identification.
- For legal entities, a commercial registry certificate (valid for no more than 30 days) must also be attached.
- Provide a photo of the product's serial number sticker, located on the back of the product.
- The advisor will validate the invoice and product details. If confirmed, the customer will be asked to provide their preferred account (Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria) for the BENEFIT.
- Customers purchasing through online channels must mention this when contacting the advisor.
- Customers have until September 5, 2025, to correct any account information provided via WhatsApp if a transfer is rejected.
Important Note: If the PRODUCT is not received by August 31, 2025, customers must inform the WhatsApp line. The deadline to submit all required documents will be extended to September 5, 2025. The serial number photo must be sent upon receiving the PRODUCT. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will not receive the BENEFIT.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information via WhatsApp. SAMSUNG and Authorized Stores are not responsible for incomplete or erroneous information. If the BENEFIT cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, neither SAMSUNG nor the Authorized Store will be obligated to deliver the BENEFIT, only the purchased PRODUCT.
IV. General Promotion Conditions
- By purchasing, customers accept all T&C.
- Authorized Stores may set their own prices and determine participation points for the PROMOTION.
- For online channels, Authorized Stores will determine delivery conditions. Customers should contact the store for details before purchasing.
- If the BENEFIT is a product available in multiple colors, customers will receive the color available at the store.
- The promotion ends if available units are depleted before the specified dates.
- Product warranties are provided by SAMSUNG or the respective manufacturer.
- If a customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT (if already delivered) must be returned according to applicable laws and store policies.
- The BENEFIT is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank deposits, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not explicitly stated in the T&C.
- SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify or clarify the T&C at any time. Updates will be published on www.samsung.com/co/offer.
- SAMSUNG and Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims should be directed to SAMSUNG's Call Center, WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of the Authorized Stores.
- SAMSUNG is committed to protecting customer information for online channel participants, using security technologies and procedures. More information is available at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion-de-datos/.
- For promotions involving stores other than Samsung's online channel, the respective store is responsible for customer data. SAMSUNG acts as a data processor.
- These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
V. Promotional Legalities
Offer Validity: August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or while supplies last. Total units: 1397.
Cashback Details: Specific cashback amounts are provided for various Samsung TV models (OLED, Neo QLED, QLED, The Frame, 8K, UHD) and soundbars, ranging from COP $100,000 to COP $350,000.
Redemption Deadline: Customers have until September 5, 2025, to redeem the BENEFIT by following the instructions in numeral 6 of the T&C.
Applicability: The promotion is applicable nationwide through online and physical channels of Authorized Stores.
Account Requirements: Benefits must be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria accounts. Instructions for customers without these accounts are provided.
