Samsung Cashback Promotion: Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Samsung Cashback Promotion, organized by Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. (“SAMSUNG”).
I. Promotion Identification
Promotion Name: Cashback August All Campaign (the “PROMOTION”).
Promotion Validity: From August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Available Units: 1397 units of the BENEFIT are available across all references and participating Authorized Stores.
Applicable Territory: National level.
Applicable Channels: Valid in online and physical channels of participating Authorized Stores.
II. Previous Considerations
Participation in this PROMOTION signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&C). The T&C can be consulted at www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc.
III. Specific Promotion Conditions
Object: Customers will receive a cashback BENEFIT for purchasing specific Samsung products:
- TV OLED 77 inches (Ref. QN77S85FAEXZL): COP $250,000 Cashback
- TV OLED 48 inches (Ref. QN48S90FAEXZL): COP $200,000 Cashback
- TV Neo QLED 75 inches (Ref. QN75QN70FAKXZL): COP $250,000 Cashback
- TV The Frame 55 inches (Ref. QN55LS03FAKXZL): COP $250,000 Cashback
- TV Neo QLED 8K 65 inches (Ref. QN65QN800DKXZL): COP $350,000 Cashback
- TV Neo QLED 65 inches (Ref. QN65QN85DBKXZL): COP $250,000 Cashback
- TV Neo QLED 8K 65 inches (Ref. QN65QN900FKXZL): COP $350,000 Cashback

Total units available for the BENEFIT: 1397 units.
Participating Authorized Stores: A list of participating online and physical stores is provided.
IV. General Promotion Conditions
Clients: Natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities.
Mechanics: Clients can access the PROMOTION by purchasing eligible PRODUCTS through participating Authorized Stores within the PROMOTION dates, using any payment method accepted by the store.
Special Benefit Conditions:
- The BENEFIT is cumulative with other ongoing promotions.
- The quantity of units available for the BENEFIT matches the quantity of available PRODUCTS.
- Clients can redeem the BENEFIT based on the number of PRODUCTS purchased.
- For online channel purchases, the BENEFIT will be delivered provided the customer has not exercised their right of withdrawal.
Instructions to obtain the BENEFIT:
- BENEFITS can only be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria accounts.
- Clients must contact a designated advisor via WhatsApp at +57 304 597 7569 between Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays), by September 5, 2025. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the BENEFIT.
- The BENEFIT will be delivered within 20 business days after information validation.
- During the WhatsApp conversation, the CLIENT must:
- Accept Samsung's personal data protection policy.
- Provide name, surname, address, email, and phone number.
- If not using a Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account, provide authorization for a third party's account, including the third party's ID and account details.
- Send a clear and legible photo of the purchase invoice and their identification document.
- For legal entities, a commercial registry certificate (not older than 30 days) must also be attached.
- Send a photo of the product's serial number sticker.
- The advisor will validate the invoice and product details.
- Clients participating through online channels must inform the advisor about their purchase method.
- Clients have until September 5, 2025, to correct their account details if a transfer is rejected.
Note: If the PRODUCT is not received by August 31, 2025, and the serial number photo cannot be sent, the client must inform the WhatsApp line. The deadline to send all documents will be extended to September 5, 2025. The BENEFIT will not be delivered after this date. Upon receiving the PRODUCT, the serial number photo must be sent to complete the Cashback request. If the right of withdrawal is exercised on the PRODUCT, the BENEFIT will not be received.
The CLIENT is responsible for providing correct information via WhatsApp. Samsung and Authorized Stores are not responsible for incomplete or erroneous information. Failure to deliver the BENEFIT due to incorrect information provided by the CLIENT will not obligate Samsung or the Authorized Store to provide the BENEFIT.
General Conditions:
- By purchasing, the CLIENT accepts all T&C.
- Prices and participating points of sale are determined by each Authorized Store.
- For online channels, delivery conditions are determined by each Authorized Store. Clients should contact the store for details before purchasing.
- If the BENEFIT is a product available in multiple colors, the store will provide the product in the available color.
- The PROMOTION ends if available units are exhausted before the indicated dates.
- Warranty for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be provided by Samsung or the respective manufacturer.
- If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT.
- The BENEFIT cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not described in the T&C.
- Samsung reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time. Updates will be published on www.samsung.com/co/offer.
- Samsung and Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims should be directed to Samsung's Call Center or the Authorized Stores' customer service channels.
- Samsung is committed to protecting customer information for online channel participants, using security technologies and procedures.
- For purchases from non-online channels, the respective Authorized Store is responsible for personal data collected. Samsung acts as a data processor.
V. Promotion Legal Terms
Offer valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted. 1397 units of the BENEFIT are available.
The PROMOTION is applicable nationwide through online and physical channels of Authorized Stores. BENEFIT redemption requires specific bank accounts (Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria) as detailed in the T&C.
This PROMOTION is cumulative with other promotions like Installation + free base and Lifemiles. The BENEFIT is not redeemable for cash or other forms of exchange.
Sale prices, conditions, and delivery times for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS depend on each Authorized Participant Store. Details of the PROMOTION can be consulted at www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc.
