Samsung Cashback August Promotion: Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: August Cashback Campaign (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stock lasts, whichever occurs first.

Available Units: 1397 units of the BENEFIT are available across all participating references and Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide in Colombia.

Applicable Channels: Valid in online and physical channels of Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

Participation in this PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (T&C). These T&C can be consulted at www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

Promotion Objective: Customers will receive a cashback benefit for purchasing specific Samsung products. The cashback amounts vary depending on the product model and reference.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

• Participation in the PROMOTION signifies full acceptance of these T&C.
• Prices for PRODUCTS and participating points of sale are determined at the discretion of each Authorized Store.
• For online channel participation, delivery and shipping conditions are determined by the Authorized Store. Customers should contact the store for details before purchasing.
• If the BENEFIT is a product available in multiple colors, the Authorized Store will provide the product in the available color.
• The PROMOTION ends if available units are depleted before the specified dates.
• Product warranties are provided by SAMSUNG or the respective manufacturer.
• If a customer exercises their right of withdrawal for a purchased PRODUCT, they must return the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT (if already received).
• The BENEFIT is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank deposits, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not explicitly stated in these T&C.
• SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify or clarify these T&C at any time. Updates will be published on www.samsung.com/co/offer.

V. Promotion Legalities

The offer is valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or while supplies last. A total of 1397 units are available for the BENEFIT.

Cashback Process:

1. Customers must purchase an eligible PRODUCT from a participating Authorized Store.
2. To claim the BENEFIT, customers must contact Samsung via WhatsApp at +57 304 597 7569 between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays), by September 5, 2025.
3. During the WhatsApp conversation, customers must:
   • Accept Samsung's personal data protection policy.
   • Provide their full name, address, email, and phone number associated with their Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account.
   • If a third-party account is used, provide a signed authorization letter with the third party's details and ID copies.
   • Provide a clear photo of the purchase invoice and a copy of their identification document.
   • Provide a photo of the product's serial number sticker.
4. Samsung will validate the purchase and product information.
5. The BENEFIT will be delivered within twenty (20) business days after information validation.
6. If the PRODUCT is not received by August 31, 2025, customers must inform Samsung via WhatsApp to extend the deadline for submitting documents until September 5, 2025.
7. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they will not receive the BENEFIT.
8. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information, especially bank account details. Corrections can be made via WhatsApp until September 5, 2025.
9. Samsung and Authorized Stores are not responsible for incomplete or erroneous information provided via WhatsApp.
