I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: Cashback August Cencosud Campaign (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: The PROMOTION is valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Units Available for the Promotion: 1397 units of the BENEFIT are available across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: The PROMOTION is valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: The PROMOTION is valid in online and physical channels of the Authorized Participating Stores.

II. Previous Considerations

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. These T&C can be consulted at www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

Clients

CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities.

Mechanics

CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by visiting the online and physical channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method by each Authorized Participating Store.

Special Benefit Conditions

The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

Additionally, the CLIENT must consider the following instructions to obtain the BENEFIT:

  1. BENEFITS corresponding to the PRODUCTS indicated in section 3 of these T&C can only be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, and Colpatria accounts. If the CLIENT does not have an account with Nequi, Daviplata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria to receive the BENEFIT, they must follow the procedure established in section c of numeral iii of chapter 6 of these T&C.
  2. The CLIENT has until September 5, 2025, to contact the WhatsApp line +57 304 597 7569, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Through this line, the CLIENT will initiate a conversation with the advisor designated by SAMSUNG. If the CLIENT contacts the WhatsApp line after the indicated date, they will forfeit the BENEFIT. The BENEFIT will be delivered within twenty (20) business days following the validation of the information.
  3. During the conversation with the advisor, the CLIENT must:
    • Accept SAMSUNG's personal data protection policy, which can be consulted on the SAMSUNG website. Failure to accept the data processing policy will prevent the continuation of the WhatsApp conversation and, consequently, the Cashback cannot be processed.
    • Provide their full name, address, email, and phone number (this must correspond to the same phone number or associated account to which the refund will be made or to the authorized account, as detailed in the following point c).
    • If the CLIENT does not have a Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account, they must provide an authorization letter indicating the Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account of a third party to whom the corresponding BENEFIT should be sent. The letter must include the authorized third party's details (full name, ID number, Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account number). The letter must be signed by both the CLIENT and the authorized person, and a copy of both the authorized third party's and the CLIENT's ID must be attached.
    • Along with the details and, if applicable, the aforementioned letter, the CLIENT must send a clear and legible photo of the complete purchase invoice, along with a copy of their identification document, to the WhatsApp chat for the registration of the purchase invoice. The invoice image must clearly and legibly display the CLIENT's name.
    • If the CLIENT is a legal entity, in addition to the aforementioned documents, the corresponding chamber of commerce certificate with a validity of no more than thirty (30) days must be attached.
    • Send a photo of the PRODUCT sticker, corresponding to the serial number of the acquired PRODUCT, which is located on the back of the device.
  4. The advisor will validate the invoice registered by the CLIENT. If the invoice is confirmed as original and the purchased PRODUCT corresponds to the units applicable to the PROMOTION, the advisor will ask the CLIENT, via WhatsApp, which of the four (4) options (Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria) established in section 6 of these T&C they wish to receive the BENEFIT. Information verification is done immediately via WhatsApp chat.
  5. For those who access the PROMOTION through the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores, they must follow the same step-by-step process mentioned above, informing the advisor that their purchase was made through the online channel.
  6. The CLIENT has until September 5, 2025, to correct their account details provided via WhatsApp, in case the account or transfer is rejected.

NOTE: If the purchased PRODUCT has not been received by August 31, 2025, and the photo of the TV serial number cannot be sent, the CLIENT must inform the WhatsApp line that they have not yet received the PRODUCT. Consequently, they will have until September 5, 2025, to send all corresponding documents. After this date, the BENEFIT will not be delivered. Once the PRODUCT is received, the serial number photo (PRODUCT sticker) must be sent to complete the Cashback request. Additionally, if the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT purchase, they will not receive the BENEFIT.

The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to submit the information correctly via WhatsApp, verifying that the included data is correct, specifically the account details for Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria, as this data is required to proceed with the BENEFIT delivery. If any correction is needed regarding the included data, the CLIENT may contact the mentioned WhatsApp number again to correct their data or verify the indicated details, provided it is done before September 5, 2025.

Neither SAMSUNG nor the Authorized Participating Stores are responsible for incomplete or erroneous information provided via WhatsApp. Therefore, the delivery of the BENEFIT depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the CLIENT. If incorrect information is submitted, making it impossible to deliver the BENEFIT, neither SAMSUNG nor the Authorized Participating Store will be obligated to deliver the BENEFIT mentioned in these T&C to the CLIENT, only the acquired PRODUCT.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

  1. Upon purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be deemed to have accepted in full all terms indicated in these T&C.
  2. Each Authorized Participating Store may, at its discretion, determine the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
  3. For online channel participation, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the terms, conditions, mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. Before making a purchase, the CLIENT should contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION for more information on the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
  4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color available.
  5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. Therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
  6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer other than SAMSUNG, the warranty applicable will be that established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
  7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, and said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if it has already been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the indications established by each Authorized Participating Store.
  8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
  9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Such updates will be published on the page: www.samsung.com/co/offer, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions become applicable to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
  10. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, such claim will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, via the WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the public service channels of each Authorized Participating Store.
  11. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, provided personal information is stored in limited access systems located in controlled facilities.   12. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to a store different from SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. For this purpose, the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. The Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. SAMSUNG, in turn, acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and therefore, the processing of such data will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Authorized Participating Store.
  13. These T&C comply with and are adjusted to Colombian laws.

V. Promotion Legal Terms

Offer valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first. There are 1397 units of the BENEFIT available. “Cashback August Cencosud Campaign”: For the purchase of one (1) 77-inch OLED TV (Ref. QN77S85FAEXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $250,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 55-inch OLED TV (Ref. QN55S90DAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $150,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 48-inch OLED TV (Ref. QN48S90FAEXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $200,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 75-inch Neo QLED TV (Ref. QN75QN70FAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $250,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 55-inch The Frame TV (Ref. QN55LS03FAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $250,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 65-inch Neo QLED 8K TV (Ref. QN65QN800DKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $350,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 65-inch Neo QLED TV (Ref. QN65QN85DBKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $250,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 65-inch Neo QLED 8K TV (Ref. QN65QN900FKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $350,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 75-inch QLED TV (Ref. QN75Q7FAAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $100,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 75-inch Crystal TV (Ref. UN75U8000FKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $100,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 98-inch Crystal TV (Ref. UN98DU9000KXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $350,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 85-inch QLED TV (Ref. QN85Q65DAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $150,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) 85-inch QLED TV (Ref. QN85Q7FAAKXZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $200,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) soundbar (Ref. HW-QS700F/ZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $100,000 (the “BENEFIT”). For the purchase of one (1) soundbar (Ref. HW-Q600C/ZL) (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT will receive a CASHBACK of COP $100,000 (the “BENEFIT”). The CLIENT has until September 5, 2025, to redeem the BENEFIT and must follow the instructions established in section 6 of the PROMOTION T&C to redeem it. The PROMOTION will be applicable nationwide, through the online and physical channels of the Authorized Participating Stores. BENEFITS corresponding to the PRODUCTS indicated in section 3 of the PROMOTION T&C may be received only in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria accounts. If the CLIENT does not have a Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account to receive the BENEFIT, they must follow the instructions in section c of numeral iii of chapter 6 of the PROMOTION T&C. This PROMOTION is cumulative with other promotions such as free installation + base and Lifemiles. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other benefit other than what is expressed in the PROMOTION T&C. The selling prices, conditions, and delivery times of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will depend on each Authorized Participating Store.
