Preliminary Considerations
This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions that participants ("CLIENTE" and collectively "CLIENTES") must adhere to for the promotion ("T&C"). Participation in the promotion and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG imply full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C.

Specific Promotion Conditions
Object of the Promotion
For the purchase of specific Samsung products, customers will receive a cashback amount in Colombian Pesos (COP).

Customers
Customers are natural persons over 18 years old and legal entities.
Mechanics
Customers can access the promotion by purchasing eligible products through participating online and physical stores within the promotion dates. Payment can be made via any method authorized by the store.
Special Benefit Conditions
- The benefit is cumulative with other ongoing promotions (e.g., Installation + free base, Lifemiles).
- The number of units available for the benefit matches the number of available products.
- Customers can redeem the benefit for each product purchased, regardless of the number of transactions, at Participating Authorized Stores.
- For online channel purchases, the benefit is granted provided the customer has not exercised their right of withdrawal for the product.
Instructions for Obtaining the Benefit
- Benefits can only be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria accounts. If the customer does not have an account with these providers, they must follow the procedure outlined in section III.c of chapter 6.
- Customers must contact the designated Samsung advisor via WhatsApp at +57 304 597 7569 between Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays) by September 12, 2025. Contacting after this date forfeits the benefit. The benefit will be delivered within twenty (20) business days after information validation.
- During the WhatsApp conversation, the customer must:
- Accept Samsung's personal data protection policy, available on the Samsung website. Failure to accept means the conversation cannot continue and the cashback cannot be processed.
- Provide their full name, address, email, and phone number (which must correspond to the account for the refund or the authorized account as detailed in section III.c).
- If not using their own account, provide a signed authorization letter for a third-party account, including the third party's full name, ID, and account details (Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria). Copies of the IDs for both the customer and the authorized third party must also be attached.
- Send a clear and legible photo of the complete purchase invoice showing the customer's name.
- For legal entities, submit a copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration (valid within 30 days) in addition to other documents.
- Send a photo of the product's serial number sticker, located on the back of the product.
- The advisor will validate the invoice and product. If confirmed, the customer will be asked for their preferred Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria account for the benefit. Information verification is immediate via WhatsApp.
- Customers purchasing through online channels must follow the same steps, informing the advisor about their online purchase.
- Customers have until September 12, 2025, to correct any provided account details if a transfer is rejected.
Important Note
If the product is not received by September 7, 2025, and the serial number photo cannot be sent, the customer must inform WhatsApp. They will then have until September 12, 2025, to submit all required documents. Failure to do so by this date means forfeiture of the benefit. Upon receiving the product, the serial number photo must be sent to complete the cashback request. If the product is returned, the benefit will not be granted.
Customers are responsible for providing correct information, especially bank account details. Corrections can be made via WhatsApp before September 12, 2025. Samsung and Authorized Stores are not responsible for incomplete or erroneous information provided via WhatsApp. The delivery of the benefit depends on the accuracy of the customer's information.
General Promotion Conditions
- By participating in the promotion, the customer accepts all T&C.
- Participating Authorized Stores may determine product prices and points of sale at their discretion, considering the applicable territory.
- For online channel participation, Authorized Stores determine the conditions for mode, time, and place of delivery. Customers should contact the store for more information before purchasing.
- If the benefit product is available in multiple colors, the customer will receive the color available at the Participating Authorized Store.
- The promotion will end if available units are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C.
- The warranty for products and/or benefits corresponds to Samsung's quality warranty, unless a different producer is involved, in which case that producer's warranty applies.
- If a customer exercises their right of withdrawal for an eligible product, they must return the product along with any delivered benefit. Withdrawal conditions apply as defined by law and established by each Participating Authorized Store.
- The benefit is non-exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not described in these T&C.
- Samsung reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to these T&C at any time. Updates will be published on www.samsung.com/co/offer, and such publication will be considered notification to customers.

Customers without these accounts must follow the procedure outlined in chapter 6, section III.c.
