Installation Preparation

1. Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
2. Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid scratches from sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Open all boxes to check that accessories are complete and in good condition, referring to the accessories list.
4. The box contains small components; place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If using power tools for installation, set the speed to low. High speed may damage the wood product.

Accessories List

The following parts are included with the product:

Approximate crate dimensions: 845mm x 610mm (Outer), 740mm x 465mm (Inner).

Installation Instructions

1. Attach the two side panels (Part 1) to the bottom panel (Part 3) using screws (Part 8).
2. Attach the back panel (Part 4) to the assembled base and side panels using screws (Part 8 or 10).
3. Attach the top panel (Part 2) to the structure using screws (Part 9 or 11).
4. The tray (Part 7) can be placed either inside the crate or underneath it. Choose one of these options.
5. Attach the front door (Part 5) to the front of the crate.
6. Insert the divider panel (Part 6) into the designated slots within the crate.
7. Ensure all connections are secure and the crate is stable.

Warranty Information

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties: All warranties begin on the date of delivery and are valid only for the original purchaser from Mcombo / ExacMe.

Warranty Detail Explanation

Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranted parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damaged parts arising from negligence or improper operation.

Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Commercial use, or use other than normal
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.

Return/Replacement Policy

Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for a defective and damaged item, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before you return it, otherwise there will be a significant cost for oversized items, which could even exceed your order amount. Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged or defective item yourself.

If you have any problem returning the item, please contact Mcombo customer service immediately; they will do their best to assist you.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistakes (e.g., purchasing by mistake or changing their mind) and other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help customers arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective. Items returned due to refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
