Mcombo requests that you read this manual completely before assembling and operating your new item. Mcombo is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to improper or unsafe use of the item. Mcombo specifically disclaims responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur during any use that does not comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances. Please keep this manual for future reference.

4. Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. Spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (The accessories list is on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from kids and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is likely to damage the wood.

6. Installation Instruction

Step 1: Attach two 'E' side panels using eight '7' wood dowels.

Step 2: Connect the 'A' base panel and two 'E' side panels using eight '4' screws. Attach the 'B' back panel using four '4' screws. Note: The installation direction of Part E, the top wood plate is shorter.

Step 3: Attach the bottom support beams using '8' plastic connectors and '9' plastic connectors.

Step 4: Attach the doors using '6' screws and '10' wheels.

Step 5: Insert the 'I' support into the 'F' floor panel and secure with two '5' screws.

Step 6: Place the assembled floor panel ('F') into the crate.

Step 7: Secure the side panels using four '7' wood dowels.

Step 8: Attach the 'C' front roof support using two '4' screws and two '5' screws.

Step 9: Attach the 'D' rear roof support using two '4' screws and two '5' screws.

Step 10: Secure the roof supports using four '7' wood dowels.

Step 11: Attach the 'G' roof panels using four '3' screws.

Step 12: Attach the roof ridge using two '2' screws.

Step 13: Attach the hinges using four '1' screws.

Step 14: Assembly complete. FINISH.

7. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties begin on the date of delivery.

All warranties are to the original purchaser from Mcombo / ExacMe ONLY.

8. Warranty Detail Explanation

• Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damaged part arising as a consequence of negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by: Contamination, Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, Commercial use, or use other than normal, Improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
• Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Mcombo can also sell replacement parts at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.

9. Return/Replacement Policy

Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, Mcombo covers the shipping cost of return and replacement for defective and damaged items, and provides a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid potential high costs due to oversized packaging, which could exceed your order amount.

Note: Do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item yourself.

If you encounter any issues with returning the item, please contact Mcombo immediately for assistance.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistakes or change of mind, but can assist customers in arranging pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to refused delivery or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier, in which case a 20% restocking fee may apply.
