IV. Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. Ensure all accessories are spread out.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (refer to the accessories list on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation may damage the wood.

V. Accessories List

1. Please open all boxes to check the quantity and condition of accessories.

2. When installing, please align all the holes and do not tighten all the screws first.

VI. Installation Instruction

Step 1

Attach the main crate structure (Part 1) using screws (Part A) and hinge/latch mechanism (Part B). The diagram shows Part 1 being assembled with Part B using screws A.

Step 2

Expand the main crate structure. The diagram shows arrows indicating the sides being pulled outwards to form the crate shape.

Step 3

Attach the lid support rod (Part C) and connecting brackets (Part D) to the lid and the main body using screws (Part A). The diagram shows Part C and D being attached with screws A.

Step 4

Insert the removable tray (Part 2) into the crate. The diagram shows the tray being slid into the bottom of the crate. A note indicates the tray can be placed inside or underneath the crate, offering a choice between Step 4 or Step 5.

Step 5

Alternative placement of the removable tray (Part 2). The diagram shows the tray being slid into the bottom of the crate.

Step 6

Attach the latch assembly (Part E) to the front of the crate using screws (Part A). The diagram shows Part E being secured with screws A.

VII. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties begin on the date of delivery.

All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCombo / ExacMe ONLY.

VIII. Warranty Detail Explanation

• MCombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer. This includes damage arising from negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• MCombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can also be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.

IX. Return/Replacement Policy

MCombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, MCombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for a defective and damaged item, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before you return it; otherwise, there will be a significant cost due to oversized dimensions, potentially exceeding your order amount.

Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item yourself.

If you have any problem returning the item, please contact MCombo immediately. We will do our best to help you.

MCombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake or change of mind, or other non-quality issues. However, MCombo can help customers arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier, which may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
