We ask that you read this manual completely before assembling and operating your new item. MCombo is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to improper or unsafe use of the item. MCombo specifically disclaims responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur during any use that does not comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances. Please keep this manual for future reference.

IV. Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (Refer to the accessories list on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is likely to damage the wood.

VI. Installation Instruction

Step 1

Attach hinges (G) to the main crate frame (1) using 4 screws (C). Attach the other side of the hinges (G) to the side panel (1) using 4 screws (C).

Step 2

Attach hinges (H) to the main crate frame (1) using 12 screws (C). Attach the other side of the hinges (H) to the side panel (1) using 2 screws (H).

Step 3

Unfold the main crate structure from its folded state.

Step 4

Insert the slatted panel (2) into the designated slots on the main crate frame (1). Ensure it is seated correctly.

Step 5

Attach the side panels using 4 screws (D) on each side (total of 8 screws D).

Step 6

Attach the latches (I) to the crate doors using 4 screws (C) per latch (total of 8 screws C).

Step 7

Assemble the drawer/tray. Attach wooden support piece (E) to part (4) using 2 screws (A). Attach part (F) to part (4). Attach wooden support piece (5) to part (4) using 2 screws (A). Attach the second wooden support piece (5) to part (4) using 2 screws (A). Note: The thicker part of the wooden pieces should be underneath.

Step 8

Attach wooden support piece (6) to the assembled drawer/tray structure using 4 screws (A).

Step 9

Attach the base panel (3) to the bottom of the assembled crate structure using 7 screws (B).

Step 10

Insert the bowl (7) into the designated holder on the base panel.

Step 11

Attach the wooden blocks (J) to the corners of the crate for stability using the provided method.

Step 12

Slide the assembled drawer/tray into the bottom of the crate.

VII. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties begin on the date of delivery.

All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCombo / ExacMe ONLY.

VIII. Warranty Detail Explanation

• MCombo will replace the defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damaged part arising as a consequence of negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• MCombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. MCombo can also sell you the replacement part for a discount price when your item is out of warranty policy.

IX. Return/Replacement Policy

MCombo: All items come with a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for a defective and damaged item, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer's convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost due to its oversized nature, which could even exceed your order amount.

Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item by yourself.

If you have any problem returning the item, please contact Mcombo immediately; we will do our best to help you.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns that the customer bought by mistake or changed their mind about, or other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help customers arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to being refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by freight carrier. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
