Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Match the full model name, product number and manual version where available. Edition, Edition Pro, Edition Touch and Deluxe models can have different controls and power requirements.
Use the supplied adapter or a replacement meeting the exact specifications in your model's manual. Voltage, current and polarity requirements differ between models.
Check the master volume and whether headphones or other equipment are connected to the headphone output, which can mute the speakers. If using batteries, check their charge and polarity.
Some models support USB MIDI or MIDI connections. Check your model's manual: a USB port may instead be intended for MP3 playback, so USB functions are not interchangeable across the range.
Contact your dealer or an approved service center and provide your model details and purchase documentation. Do not open or modify the instrument yourself.
