How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

Proper fit ensures optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

Step 1: Ensure the ear cap is pointed downward, then gently place the earbud into your ear.
Step 2: Rotate the earbud backward towards the auricle side of your ear to achieve a snug and secure fit.

Incorrect way to wear: Ear cap facing up is not recommended.

How To Pair

TWS Auto Pairing

Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
If an earbud is fully charged, a blue light will flash for 5 seconds and then disappear. If not fully charged, a red light will remain until full charge.
On your phone, search for the Bluetooth pairing name [TOZO-NC9 Plus] and select it to connect.

Reset Instructions

If only one earbud works, or if pairing fails, follow these steps to reset:

Delete all TOZO-NC9 Plus records from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then turn off Bluetooth.
Take the earbuds out of the charging case. Press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off (red lights will appear).
While holding the touch panel on each earbud for another 5 seconds, blue lights will turn on and off. Then, quickly click the touch panel on each earbud twice. The reset process is complete when a purple light appears for 1 second, followed by both earbuds flashing red and blue alternately.

NOTE: If you encounter a "Connection Unsuccessful" message, delete all historical records of [TOZO-NC9 Plus] from your devices and attempt the pairing process again.

Earbud Controls

The TOZO NC9 Plus earbuds feature a Multi-Function Button (MFB) touch panel for various controls.

Left Earbud Controls

Power On/Off: Hold the earbud or pick it up from the battery case to power on automatically. Place it back in the battery case to power off and charge automatically.
1x Tap: Toggle between Active Noise Cancellation Mode and Transparency Mode.
2x Tap: Play Previous Track.
Hold: Decrease Volume.
3x Tap: Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, Baidu, depending on your mobile phone).

Right Earbud Controls

Power On/Off: Hold the earbud or pick it up from the battery case to power on automatically. Place it back in the battery case to power off and charge automatically.
1x Tap: Play/Pause music or Answer/End Call.
2x Tap: Play Next Track.
Hold: Increase Volume.
3x Tap: Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, Baidu, depending on your mobile phone).

Call Controls (Both Earbuds)

1x Tap (during incoming call): Accept Call.
Hold (during incoming call): Reject Call.
Hold (during active call): End Call.
