1. Bluetooth Pairing and Wearing
Bluetooth Pairing
- Take out 2 earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically turn on and connect with each other within 10 seconds.
- The two earbuds flash red and blue light alternately, indicating Pairing Mode.
- Search for the pairing name "TOZO - NC9" on your device.

Wearing
- Ensure the eartip is facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
- Rotate the earbuds back towards the auricle side to fit snugly.
Note: Eartip facing upwards is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.

2. Smart Touch Control
Instructions for touch controls:
- X1: Press once
- X2: Press twice
- X3: Press three times
- Hold: Press and hold for 2 seconds
Control Functions (Left Earbud / Right Earbud)
- Play/Pause (X1, R): Press once on the right earbud.
- Previous Song (X2, L): Press twice on the left earbud.
- Next Song (X2, R): Press twice on the right earbud.
- Volume Down (Hold, L): Press and hold on the left earbud.
- Volume Up (Hold, R): Press and hold on the right earbud.
- Active Noise Cancellation Mode / Transparent Mode / Active Noise Cancellation Off Mode (X1, L): Press once on the left earbud to cycle through modes.
- Answer Call (X1, L/R): Press once on either earbud.
- Voice Assistant (X3, L/R): Press three times on either earbud.
- Reject Call (Hold, L/R): Press and hold on either earbud.
- Hang Up Call (Hold, L/R): Press and hold on either earbud.
4. Power On/Off
Power On
Pick up the earbuds from the charging case; they will power on automatically.
Power Off
Put the earbuds back into the charging case; they will power off and charge automatically.

5. Reset
If you experience issues with only one earbud working, or if pairing fails, follow these reset steps:
- Delete all "TOZO-NC9" Bluetooth records from your phone and turn off Bluetooth.
- Take the earbuds out from the charging case. Press the touch panel on both earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off.
- Press both earbuds for 5 seconds until the blue light goes out, then quickly double-tap the panel. The reset is complete once a purple light is on.
Note: If your device displays "Connection failed", please delete all "TOZO-NC9" pairing history and attempt to pair again.

6. Charging
The TOZO NC9 charging case can be charged via wireless charging or a USB-C connector.
Wireless Charging
Place the case upright on a wireless charger. (Wireless charging pad not included)
USB-C Charging
Charge the case via the USB-C connector. (USB-C cable included)

Important Charging Notes:
- Do not put wet earbuds into the charging case. Fully dry off the earbuds before charging.
- Do not place the case face up or face down during charging if it obstructs the charging port or wireless charging area.
