How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

Follow these steps to ensure a snug and comfortable fit:

1. Step 1: Ensure the ear cap is facing downward, then gently place the earbuds into your ear.
2. Step 2: Rotate the back of the earbuds towards the auricle (outer ear) side to fit snugly.

Important: Wearing the ear cap facing up is incorrect and will not provide a proper fit.

How to Pair

TWS Auto Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. If the earbud is fully charged, the blue light will flash for 5 seconds and then disappear. If not fully charged, the red light will remain on.
3. Search for the pairing name [TOZO-NC9 Plus] on your phone's Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Reset Procedure

If you experience issues such as only one earbud working or failure to pair, follow these reset steps:

1. Delete all previous TOZO-NC9 Plus records from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then turn off Bluetooth.
2. Hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until red lights appear to turn off the earbuds.
3. Hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) Touch Panel on each earbud for another 5 seconds until the blue light turns on and off. Then, quickly tap the MFB Touch Panel on each earbud twice. The reset process is complete when a purple light appears for 1 second, followed by the two earbuds flashing red and blue alternately.

Note: If you encounter a "Connection Unsuccessful" message on your device, consider deleting all historical records of [TOZO-NC9 Plus] and attempting the pairing process again.

Earbud Controls

Power On: Hold the earbuds or pick them up from the battery case to power on automatically.

Power Off: Hold the earbuds or put them into the battery case to power off and charge automatically.
