2. Product Introduction

3. Usage

Step 1.
Ensure the earbud tips are pointing downwards, then insert the earbuds into your ears.
Step 2.
Rotate the earbuds sideways to ensure a snug fit.

4. Pairing

Step 1.
Pick up both earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically power on and pair with each other within 10 seconds.
Step 2.
The indicators will flash red and blue alternately in pairing mode.
Step 3.
Ensure Bluetooth connectivity is enabled on your device.
Step 4.
Select "TOZO-NC9 Pro" on your device.
5. Power On/Off

Power On:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case to automatically power them on.
- Press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
Power Off:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case to automatically power them off.
- Press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
- The earbuds will automatically power off after 5 minutes if not connected.
6. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Tap the touch panel of the left earbud to switch between ANC, Transparency mode, and ANC OFF. The ANC function is not available when using a single earbud.
NOTE: If the electromagnetic interference signal is strong in your area, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. Please check again or change your location for better use.
7. Using the Touch Panel
All control settings are programmable in the TOZO APP.

8. Charging

9. Reset Settings

If one of the earbuds accidentally malfunctions or fails to pair, a reset is recommended.
- Delete "TOZO – NC9 Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case, then press and hold the earbud touch panels until a red light illuminates for about 5 seconds to power off the earbuds.
- Press and hold both earbuds for about 10 seconds until the blue LED starts flashing rapidly for 3 seconds.
The reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes red and blue alternately. Enable Bluetooth to reconnect.
10. TOZO App
