FCC Statement

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

Smart Touch Control

Quickly operate the core functions. All controls in stereo mode can be customized in the TOZO APP.

Charging

The rechargeable case can be charged via USB-C port (USB-C cable included). The charging case also supports wireless charging (wireless charging pad not included).

Reset

If you accidentally get only one earbud working, or if they fail to pair with each other, please reset them:

1. Delete all TOZO-NC9 Pro Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off Bluetooth.
2. Hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until red lights illuminate to turn off the earbuds.
3. When the headset is off, press and hold for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes and goes out. Double-click the MFB key and the blue light flashes quickly to enter the pairing state.
4. After the purple light is on for 1 second, the pairing is successful, and the two earphones flash alternately in red and blue.

NOTE: In case there is [Connection Unsuccessful] in your devices, please delete all historical records of [TOZO-NC9 Pro] and try the pairing process again.

TOZO App

Scan the QR code or search "TOZO" in the App Store/Google Play to download the TOZO App. This app enables additional features such as EQ settings and earbud firmware updates. Please enable Bluetooth permission when using the App.

Pairing

Follow these steps to pair your TOZO NC9 Pro earbuds:

1. Take out 2 earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically turn on and connect with each other within 10 seconds.
2. The two earbuds will flash red and blue light alternately (Pairing Mode).
3. Search for the pairing name "TOZO - NC9 Pro" and select it.

Powering On/Off

Turn On:

• Open the lid of the charging case; the earbuds will turn on automatically.
• Press and hold both earbuds' MFB Touch Panel for more than 3 seconds.

Turn Off:

• Touch the Control Buttons for 5 seconds to turn them off while earbuds are not playing.
• The earbuds will turn off automatically after being disconnected for more than 5 minutes.

Switch Between Noise-Control Modes

Tap the left earbud's MFB Touch Panel to switch between Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and Active Noise Cancellation off. The Active Noise Cancellation function is not available when using a single earbud.

NOTE: If the electromagnetic interference signal is strong in your area, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. Please reconnect or change the place of use.
