Assembly Instructions

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip over. To prevent tip over, this furniture must be used with the wall attachment device(s) provided.

Screw(s) and plug(s) for the wall are not included. Use screw(s) and plug(s) suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully.

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Prepare Base Panels

    Attach four plastic clips (122628) to the edges of the two long base panels. Use a hammer ? to gently tap them into place.

  2. Step 2: Insert Dowels into Side Panels

    Insert ten dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the two main side panels.

  3. Step 3: Attach Base to Side Panels

    Connect the two base panels to the bottom of the side panels. Secure each side using five screws (100229) and dowels (100006).

  4. Step 4: Insert Dowels into Shelves

    Insert ten dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the ends of the five shelf panels.

  5. Step 5: Attach Shelves

    Position the five shelf panels between the side panels. Secure each shelf using five screws (100229).

  6. Step 6: Mark Back Panel Positions

    Using a pencil ✏️ and ruler ?, mark the positions for attaching the back panel along the back edges of the shelves and side panels.

  7. Step 7: Insert Back Panel Sections

    Slide the back panel pieces into the grooves on the back of the unit. Use one plastic clip (105494) to temporarily hold the back panel in place.

  8. Step 8: Secure Back Panel (Side 1)

    Insert one nail (101221) into the pre-drilled hole on one side panel, securing the back panel.

  9. Step 9: Secure Back Panel (Side 2)

    Insert one nail (101221) into the pre-drilled hole on the other side panel, securing the back panel.

  10. Step 10: Align Back Panel

    Ensure the back panel is correctly aligned and flush with the unit. Use a ruler ? to check for straightness.

  11. Step 11: Finalize Back Panel Securing

    Secure the back panel by hammering in approximately 25 nails (101221) along the edges into the side panels and shelves.

  12. Step 12: Attach Wall Bracket to Unit

    Attach the wall bracket (106989) to the top rear edge of the assembled unit. Use two screws (109041) and two washers (100823) for this. Ensure the bracket is oriented correctly for wall attachment.

  13. Step 13: Secure Unit to Wall

    ⚠️ Crucial Safety Step: Secure the unit to the wall using the provided wall bracket and appropriate wall fixings (not included). Consult a professional if you are unsure about your wall type or the correct fixings. Ensure the unit is stable and level before use.

Care and Maintenance

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Check regularly that all assembly fastenings are properly tightened and retighten as necessary.
