Assembly Steps
Parts and Tools
The following parts and tools are required for assembly:

Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
Insert wooden dowels (108458) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels. The diagram shows two side panels, each with multiple dowel insertion points.
Step 2: Assemble Frame
Connect the top and bottom panels to the side panels. Align the panels with the inserted dowels. Secure using screws (109049). A "STOP" symbol ? indicates a critical point, likely ensuring correct alignment or not overtightening.
Step 3: Insert Shelves
Insert shelf pins (10049370) into the desired holes on the inside of the side panels. Place shelves onto the pins. Different heights are shown.
Step 4: Attach Back Panel
Attach the back panel to the rear of the assembled frame using screws (101322). The diagram shows 4 screws being used.
Step 5: Place Top Surface
Place the top shelf or surface onto the assembled unit.
Step 6: Secure to Wall
For safety, secure the unit to the wall using the provided anti-tip device. This involves attaching a bracket to the unit and the wall, and using a strap to connect them. Two people are shown lifting the unit, indicating it may require assistance.
Step 7: Install OBSERVATÖR Accessory
If using the OBSERVATÖR accessory (e.g., a drawer unit), attach it to the side panel using screws (100823). A "Click!" sound is indicated, suggesting a secure fit.
Step 8: Insert Shelves (with pins)
Insert shelf pins (107967) into the desired holes on the inside of the side panels. Place shelves onto the pins. This step shows a different set of shelf pins (107967) and a larger quantity (10x) compared to step 3.
Step 9: Final Back Panel Attachment
Attach the back panel to the rear of the assembled frame using screws (100823). The diagram shows 2 screws being used for this step, possibly for a specific section or reinforcement.
