Assembly Steps ⚙️
Step 1: Attach Adjustable Feet
Place the bottom panel on a soft surface. Screw the 4 adjustable feet (114947, 115988) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the bottom panel. ??
Step 2: Prepare Side and Bottom Panels
Insert cam lock screws (8x, 130618) into the designated holes on the bottom panel and the lower edges of the side panels. ?
Step 3: Connect Side Panels to Bottom Panel
Align the side panels with the bottom panel. Insert cam locks (8x, 122971 etc.) into the corresponding holes on the side panels and turn them clockwise to secure the connection. ?
Step 4: Insert Back Panel
Slide the back panel into the grooves provided on the rear edges of the side and bottom panels. ➡️
Step 5: Attach Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the assembled side panels. Insert cam locks (4x, 122971 etc.) into the holes on the side panels and turn them clockwise to secure the top panel. ⬆️?
Step 6: Install Connector Brackets
Attach the 2 connector brackets (141413) to the top corners of the unit using screws. ??
Step 7: Attach Decorative Knobs/Caps
Attach the 2 decorative knobs or caps (141414) to the top of the unit. ?
Step 8: Level the Unit
Use the provided Allen key (100006) to adjust the feet (shown in detail) for optimal leveling of the unit on your floor. ??
Step 9: Install Anti-Tip Device
Attach the 2 wall brackets (114929) to the top rear of the unit using 2 screws (116637). Secure the other end of the brackets to a wall stud or use appropriate wall anchors (not included). This is crucial for safety. ???
Cover visible screw holes with the 2 cover caps (126916). ⚪
Step 10: Install Internal Components (Shelves, Drawers)
Insert shelf supports into the desired holes on the inside of the side panels. Place shelves onto the supports. For drawer configurations, attach drawer runners and internal panels as shown in the diagrams. Use screws (e.g., 114667) for internal panel attachments. ??
Step 11: Attach Doors (Optional)
If doors are being installed, attach the hinge plates to the unit and then mount the doors onto the plates. The "CLICK!" sound indicates a secure connection. Adjust doors as needed for proper alignment. ?⚙️
Step 12: Final Check
Ensure all connections are secure and the unit is stable and level. Verify the anti-tip device is correctly installed. ✔️
