Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble the two side frames. Attach 4x bolts (10003068) to the frame pieces as shown in the diagram. [Diagram shows bolts being screwed into pre-drilled holes on the frame ends.]
Step 2
Attach the back panel to one of the side frames. [Diagram shows a side frame standing upright and a back panel being slotted into grooves.]
Step 3
Attach the second side frame to the back panel. [Diagram shows the second side frame being attached to the other side of the back panel, completing the basic frame.]
Step 4
Insert 8x shelf supports (10077854) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the frame. [Diagram shows shelf supports being pushed into holes at different heights.]
Step 5
Place the two shelves (10077005) onto the shelf supports. [Diagram shows shelves being laid flat onto the inserted supports.]
Step 6
Secure the shelves to the side panels. Insert 4x bolts (10050917) through the side panels and into the shelves, then secure with 4x nuts (10050916). [Diagram shows bolts passing through side panels into the shelves, with nuts being tightened on the inside.]
Step 7
Attach the back panel to the frame using the cam lock system. Insert a bolt (10077854) into the edge of the back panel, then into the corresponding hole in the frame. Insert a cam lock nut (114664) into the frame and turn it to lock the bolt. [Diagram shows bolt insertion and cam lock nut operation.]
Step 8
Repeat Step 7 for the other side of the back panel. [Diagram shows the same process on the opposite side.]
Step 9
Attach the door hinges to the door. Use 4x bolts (10050917) and 4x nuts (10050916). [Diagram shows hinges being attached to the door edge with bolts and nuts.]
Step 10
Adjust the feet of the cabinet. Screw the adjustable feet (10077255) into the base of the cabinet to level it. [Diagram shows feet being screwed into the bottom of the cabinet and arrows indicating adjustment.]
Step 11
Install the anti-tip device. Attach the base plate (126916) to the top of the cabinet using a cam lock nut (114664) and bracket (133303). Secure the second bracket (133303) to the wall according to wall type. [Diagram shows components for anti-tip device and their placement.]
Step 12
Attach the top panel. Use 1x spring bolt (10077255) and 1x cap (10062514). [Diagram shows the top panel being placed and secured with the spring bolt and cap.]
Step 13
Attach the door handle. Insert the handle (10077811) and secure it with a bolt (10062514). [Diagram shows handle attachment.]
Step 14
Attach the door to the cabinet frame. Align the hinges with the pre-drilled holes on the frame and secure them. [Diagram shows the door being attached to the cabinet frame via hinges.]
Step 15
Insert the shelves into the cabinet. [Diagram shows shelves being placed inside the assembled cabinet.]
