Assembly Parts

- 10x Screw (Part 100229)
- 20x Dowel (Part 101345)
- 2x Screw (Part 109041)
- 4x Washer (Part 100823)
- 1x Allen key (Part 100006)
- 1x Plastic bracket/cover (Part 105493)
- 4x Plastic cover/cap (Part 122628)
- 1x Bag of nails (Part 319503)
- 2x Wall bracket (Part 106989)
Tools required (not included): Screwdriver, Hammer, Pencil, Ruler.
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Panels
Lay two long side panels flat on a protected surface. Insert four plastic caps (Part 122628) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of each panel using a hammer. [Hammer symbol] ?
Step 2: Insert Dowels
With the side panels upright, insert ten dowels (Part 101345) into the pre-drilled holes along the inner edges of the panels.
Step 3: Attach Base Panel
Attach the base shelf panel to one of the upright side panels using five screws (Part 100229) and the Allen key (Part 100006). [Allen key symbol] ?
Step 4: Attach Second Side Panel
Attach the second upright side panel to the base shelf panel, aligning it with the dowels.
Step 5: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top shelf panel to the upright side panels using five screws (Part 100229).
Step 6: Insert Shelf Supports
Insert small plastic pins or dowels (Part 101221) into the pre-drilled holes on the shelves to act as supports or for alignment.
Step 7: Attach Back Panel Support
Attach the back panel support (Part 105494) to the rear of the assembled unit using one nail (Part 101221) and a hammer. [Hammer symbol] ?
Step 8: Secure Back Panel
Begin securing the back panel to the unit by hammering nails (Part 101221) into the edges of the back panel and the main frame.
Step 9: Continue Securing Back Panel
Continue to secure the back panel by hammering more nails (Part 101221) into the edges.
Step 10: Mark Alignment
Use a ruler and pencil to mark a line for precise alignment of the back panel.
Step 11: Finalize Back Panel Securing
Complete securing the back panel by hammering two nails (Part 101221) into the top corners and twenty-five nails (Part 101221) along the remaining edges.
Step 12: Attach Wall Bracket to Unit
Attach the wall bracket (Part 106989) to the top rear of the assembled unit using two screws (Part 109041) and two washers (Part 100823).
Step 13: Attach Unit to Wall
Position the assembled unit against the wall. Attach the wall bracket (Part 106989) to the wall using appropriate screws and wall anchors (not included). Ensure the bracket is securely fastened to the wall structure. ⚠️ Use screws and wall plugs suitable for your wall type. Seek professional advice if unsure.
