This document provides instructions for the Baby Trend Trend EZ Bouncer. Please read all instructions before assembly and use. Keep these instructions for future reference.

Safety Warnings
WARNING: NEVER leave child unattended.
WARNING: ALWAYS use restraint system.
WARNING: NEVER use for a child able to sit up unassisted.
FALL HAZARD: Child's activity may move bouncer. Use only on floor. Never use on any elevated surface.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as seat may tip over and cause suffocation.
- NEVER allow your bouncer to be used as a toy.
- NEVER use the toy bar as a handle.
- NEVER move the bouncer with the child inside.
- Bouncer is NOT intended for use as a carrier.
- Bouncer is NOT intended for use as a sleeper or for prolonged periods of use.
- Regularly check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair as needed.
- Discontinue use if malfunction or damage occurs. Contact customer service for repair or replacement parts.

Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT! Follow these instructions carefully for safe operation. Keep for future reference.
IMPORTANT! Before assembly and each use, inspect for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if parts are missing or broken.
IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required.
Bouncer Frame Assembly
- Place the rear base frame tube on a flat surface. Lift the plastic corners. Insert the left and right base frame wires into the rear base frame tube. Push the plastic corners back down until they snap securely onto the base frame wires.
- Connect the ends of the left and right backrest tubes and push them together until they click into place.
- Insert the ends of the footrest wire into the corresponding holes on the backrest tube hubs until it snaps into place.
- Attach the upper frame assembly to the frame base by inserting the ends of the base frame wires into the corresponding holes on the backrest tube hub. Ensure each side snaps into place.
- The bouncer frame assembly is complete.
Battery Installation
The music/vibration unit requires three size C batteries (not included). Alkaline batteries are recommended for longer life.
CAUTION: To prevent battery leakage, follow these guidelines:
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different battery types (alkaline, standard, or rechargeable).
- Keep batteries out of reach of children.
- Dispose of batteries properly.
- Remove batteries when the bouncer is not in use for extended periods.
- Never leave exhausted batteries in the unit.
- Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Install batteries by removing the battery cover with a Philips screwdriver, installing three size C batteries, and replacing the cover. Do not overtighten the screw.
Installing Music/Vibration Unit
Align the mounting groove on the unit to the corresponding slot on the footrest wire. Slide the unit onto the mounting groove until it is securely in place.
Installing Seat Pad
- Unbuckle the three straps on the back of the seat pad.
- Slide the top of the seat pad over the backrest tube.
- Pull the front edge of the seat pad over the music/vibration unit, then pull each side over the footrest wire until it fits snugly over the bouncer frame.
- Secure the seat pad to the frame by buckling the three straps on the back. Place the bouncer back in the upright position.
Toy Bar Installation
Position the toy bar above the bouncer. Insert the ends of the toy bar into corresponding holes on the frame.
Headrest
Unfasten the fabric loop on the back of the headrest. Insert the loose end of the loop through the loop on the seat pad. Secure the headrest by fastening the fabric loop.
Seat Restraint
Unbuckle the straps on each side of the seat restraint. Carefully place the child in the bouncer seat and buckle the straps. Adjust straps for a snug fit.
Care and Cleaning
- Seat Pad and Headrest: Remove from frame. Ensure buckles are fastened. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.
- Toy Bar and Toys: Use a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe clean and air dry. Do not immerse toys or toy bar in water.
- Frame: Use a soft cloth and mild soap. Wipe the frame.
Music/Vibration Unit Operation
The unit features a Vibration ON/OFF switch, a Music/volume switch, and a Power indicator light.
- Vibration Function: To activate, slide the vibration switch to the ON position.
- Music Function: This unit has different melodies. Slide the music switch to LOW or HIGH to activate music and select volume.
