Warranty Information
DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO THE STORE. PLEASE CONTACT BABY TREND FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS, SERVICE AND REPAIR.
The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within the first 180 days of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or that has had its serial number altered or removed, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.
The Customer Service Department can be contacted at: 1 (800) 328-7363 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST. Return Authorizations are required prior to returning product(s) to Baby Trend®. Warranty is valid only in North America.
Safety Warnings

[Fall Hazard] Babies have suffered skull fractures falling while in and from the bouncer:
- Use bouncer ONLY on the floor.
- Never lift or carry the baby in the bouncer.
- Child's activity may move the bouncer.
- Never use on any elevated surface.
[Suffocation Hazard] Babies have suffocated when the bouncer tipped over on soft surfaces:
- Never use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
- Never leave the child unattended.
Additional Safety Precautions:
- Never allow your bouncer to be used as a toy.
- The toy bar is NOT a carry handle. Never use the toy bar to lift or carry the bouncer.
- Never move the bouncer with the child inside.
- The bouncer is NOT intended for use as a carrier or for prolonged periods of sleep.
- Never place a child under 6 lbs. (3 kg) or over 25 lbs. (11 kg) in the bouncer.
- Regularly check your product for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
- Discontinue use of the product if it malfunctions or becomes damaged. Contact customer service for repair or replacement parts.
Parts List
Check that you have all the parts for this model before assembling.
- Seat Pad: The padded cushion for the baby.
- Toy Bar with plush toys: A bar with attached toys, designed for infant entertainment. (Type may vary).
- Headrest: Provides support for the baby's head. (Type may vary).
- Music/Vibration Unit: A component that provides music and/or vibration features.
- Base Frame Tubes: Includes front and rear tubes that form the main structure of the bouncer base.
- Hubs with Upright Wires: Connectors that attach to the base frame tubes and support the main structure.
- Backrest Tube: Part of the frame that supports the backrest.
- Footrest Wire: A component that supports the footrest.
Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required. Before assembly and each use, inspect this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.
Base Frame Assembly
- Attach the left and right hubs with upright wires to the corresponding ends of the front base frame tube. Ensure the hubs click and lock in place. (Figure 1 illustrates connecting the hubs to the front tube).
- Insert the ends of the rear base frame tube into the corresponding holes on the left and right hubs. (Figure 2 shows the rear tube connecting to the assembled hubs).
Footrest Wire Attachment
- Attach the footrest wire to the lower seat frame by inserting the ends of the upright tubes into the corresponding loops on the footrest wire. (Figure 3 shows this connection).
- Position the backrest tube near the lower seat frame as shown. Push each end of the backrest tube onto the corresponding rods on the lower seat frame. (Figure 4 illustrates attaching the backrest tube).
- The bouncer frame assembly is now complete. (Figure 5 shows the fully assembled frame).
Seat Pad Installation
- Unbuckle the two straps on the back of the seat pad. (Figure 8 shows the buckles).
- Slide the top of the seat pad over the backrest tube. (Figure 9 illustrates this step).
- Lift the bottom of the seat pad and the footrest wire. Open the pocket at the bottom edge of the seat pad and pull it over the footrest wire. (Figure 10 shows how to position the pocket over the footrest wire).
- Secure the seat pad to the frame by buckling the two straps on the back of the pad. Place the bouncer back in the upright position. (Figure 11 shows buckling the straps to secure the pad).
Toy Bar Installation
- Position the toy bar above the bouncer as shown. Insert the ends of the toy bar into the corresponding holes on the frame. (Figure 12 demonstrates inserting the toy bar ends into the frame).
Headrest Installation
- Unfasten the fabric loop on the back of the headrest. Insert the loose end of the loop through the loop on the seat pad. Secure the headrest to the seat pad by fastening the fabric loop on the back of the headrest. (Figure 13 shows the headrest attachment process).
Seat Restraint Installation
- Unbuckle the straps on each side of the seat restraint. (Figure 14a shows unbuckling). Carefully place the child in the bouncer seat and buckle the straps. (Figure 14b shows buckling the straps). Adjust the straps so that the restraint fits the child snugly.
Battery Installation
The music/vibration unit requires three size C batteries (not included). It is recommended to use alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
[Caution] To prevent possible battery leakage, follow these guidelines:
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix different types (alkaline, standard, or rechargeable).
- Keep batteries out of reach of children.
- Always dispose of batteries properly.
- Remove batteries when the bouncer is not in use for long periods.
- Never leave exhausted batteries in the unit.
- Never try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Care and Cleaning
- Seat Pad and Headrest: Remove the seat pad and headrest from the frame. Ensure all buckles are fastened. Machine wash cold on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low.
- Toy Bar and Toys: Using a damp cloth and mild soap, wipe the toy bar and toys clean and air dry. Do not immerse the toys or toy bar in water.
- Frame: Using a soft cloth and mild soap, wipe the frame.
Operation
Music/Vibration Unit
- To use the vibration function: Slide the vibration switch to the ON position.
- To use the music function: This unit features different melodies. Slide the music switch to LOW or HIGH to activate the music and select the volume.
