Step 1: Bouncer/Rocker Frame Assembly

Top frame: Start with the 2 backrest bars to create the top arch (1). Ensure that they click into position (2).

Frame Orientation Diagram: Refer to the diagram as a guide for the following frame connections. The diagram shows orientation for toy bar holes upward, padded support tube orientation, vibration unit front, DO NOT remove padding, release tab outward, top arch orientation, and base frame connectors downward.

With the toy bar connectors facing up, insert the arch ends into the padded support tube holes (Fig. 1a). Ensure that they click into position and slightly pull to ensure the frame is secure (Fig. 1b).

Step 2: Attach the Vibration Unit

Attachment parts: Gather the parts and locate the holes of the padded support tube. Register corresponding holes of the vibration unit. Refer to the Frame Orientation Diagram on page 5 for inserting orientation.

Screw into the frame: Use the screws and nuts to install the vibration unit. The diagram shows the correct orientation for screwing the unit into the frame.

Step 3: Inserting the Padding

Rear frame view: Flip the Bouncer/Rocker frame upside down and slip the cover over the vibration unit (Fig 3a). NOTE: Keep buckle straps over the tubes at all times.

Pull the fabric over the vibration one side at a time until completely wrapped (Fig 3b). The diagram shows the bottom of fabric covering, vibration unit entry, and holes facing down.

Facing down, insert each tube end with the hole into the Base frame (back) part with the tab until they click (Fig. 4a). Ensure that rubber on tube matches same side as flip-out stationary feet.

Facing down, insert each opposite tube ends into the Base frame (front) firmly until they lock (Fig. 4b). The diagram shows base frame parts (back, front, tubes) and stationary feet, illustrating insertion and clicking.

Base frame wire connection: Locate the base frame, right and left base frame wires (Fig. 4c). NOTE: Base frame wires must be curved inward toward base for proper installation (Fig. 4d).

Insert each base frame wire firmly (Fig. 4e). Both must click into position (Fig. 4f). The diagram shows locating wires, correct inward curve, and insertion with click.

Step 5: Connect the Frames

Flip-out the 2 stationary feet. NOTE: use the 2 feet to assist in assembling the Bouncer/Rocker frame sections (Fig. 5a). Rotate the stationary feet out on both front and back sides of the base frame (Fig. 5b).
