Safety Instructions

Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. It is crucial to read the entire manual thoroughly before installing and using the machine to ensure safe and effective training. All users should be familiar with the warnings and precautions.

  • Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
  • Be aware of your body's signals during exercise. Stop immediately and consult a physician if you experience any symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or dizziness.
  • Set up the machine in a dry, level place away from moisture and water.
  • Keep children and pets away from the machine; it is intended for adult use only.
  • Use the machine on a stable, horizontal ground level and consider using a protective layer on the floor. Ensure at least 0.6m (2.0 ft) of clearance around the machine.
  • Regularly check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened.
  • Safe use is guaranteed with regular maintenance and timely replacement of worn or broken parts.
  • Follow the instructions in this manual. Stop use immediately if any defective parts are found or abnormal sounds are heard, and ensure all issues are resolved before resuming use.
  • Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Avoid loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in the machine.
  • The maximum user weight is 150kg (330lbs).
  • This machine is for home use only and not for professional medical treatment.
  • The overall performance and moving parts must be checked regularly for safety.
  • Do not use the machine if moving parts are damaged until they are repaired.
  • Keep children away from the machine; it is not for children to use or play with.
  • When getting on or off the machine, ensure the pedals are in the lowest position and the machine is completely stopped.
  • The elliptical motion is driven by inertia. Resistance is adjusted manually. The speed is reflective of motion frequency, not speed-dependent.
  • The equipment does not have a free wheel; moving parts cannot stop immediately. Grasp the handlebar during movement to avoid losing balance.

Care & Maintenance

  • Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, rain, or high humidity.
  • Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
  • Consumable parts may experience wear and tear even with proper maintenance.
  • For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Use a dilute neutral detergent for cleaning; avoid water, gasoline, or abrasive powder.

Important Note: Before starting any training, consult your physician, especially if you are over 35 years old or have pre-existing health conditions. Read all instructions before using the machine.

Product Usage Instructions

Foot Pad Adjustment

To improve the machine's balance, adjust the two foot pads (#51) on the front and rear foot tubes. Rotate the foot pads until they fully support the ground and the machine no longer shakes.

Machine Moving Instructions

Grab the Left and Right Handlebars and press down. When the Front Foot Tube touches the ground, you can drag the machine forward and backward. The best drag angle is when the handlebars and Front Foot Tube form a 45° angle.

Self-Generation System Operation Instructions

  1. When the pedals rotate one full circle, the system powers on the knob and enters standby mode. Connect to the Bluetooth APP or start exercising. Pressing the knob or continuing to pedal starts normal operation. The monitor displays exercise parameters, and the knob adjusts resistance levels.
  2. During exercise, the built-in generator produces electricity for the monitor and resistance adjustment. Excess electricity is stored in the energy storage battery.
  3. After exercise stops, the battery powers the knob and resistance system. If there's no operation for 3 minutes, the monitor enters sleep mode, and the battery system cuts power to conserve capacity.
  4. If the device is unused for a long time, the energy storage battery may deplete. If the monitor doesn't display or flashes, pedal quickly for over 10 minutes to charge, or use the Type-C charging port. Charging can also occur during exercise.

Note: The data cable and plug for the Type-C charging port must be provided by the customer.
