Control Panel Instructions
The control panel allows you to manage your workout:
- DIRECTION: Press this button to change the pedal direction (forward or backward). Note: Pedal direction cannot be changed in AUTO MODE.
- MODE:
- Switches between MANUAL MODE and AUTO MODE.
- In AUTO MODE, this button adjusts the speed level (P1-P12).
- FUNCTION: Cycles through the display of workout data: TIME, DISTANCE, SPEED, COUNTER, CALORIE.
- SPEED (Adjust): Use this button to adjust the machine's speed level in MANUAL MODE (01-12). Note: Speed levels cannot be changed in AUTO MODE.
- START/STOP Button:
- Press to wake up the screen and start the machine after powering on.
- Press during exercise to pause the machine.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off the machine.
Remote Control Instructions
The remote control offers convenient operation:
- POWER: Turns the machine on or off.

Elliptical Machine Usage Quick Guide
Follow these steps for quick operation:
- Operation: Insert the power cord, turn the power switch to the "I" position.
- Power On: Press the [power] button on the control panel or the "POWER" button on the remote control to turn on the machine.
- Start: The default mode is MANUAL MODE. Press the [power] button on the control panel or the "START/STOP" button on the remote control to start.
- Switching Mode:
- To enter AUTO MODE: Press the "MODE" button on the remote control or the control panel.
- To enter MANUAL MODE: Press the "MODE" button on the remote control or the control panel until "HR" is displayed on the screen.
- Adjust Level:
- AUTO MODE (P1-P12): Use the "MODE" button to select AUTO MODEL levels (P1-P12). Speed levels cannot be adjusted in AUTO MODE.
- MANUAL MODE (01-12): Press the "SPEED" button on the remote control or the [speed] buttons on the control panel to adjust speed.
- Switch Pedal Direction: Press the "DIRECTION" button on the remote control or the control panel. Note: Pedal direction cannot be changed in AUTO MODE as it is a preset program. Use foot straps to secure feet on pedals.
- Turn Off: Long-press the [power] button for 2 seconds or press the "POWER" on the remote control to turn off the screen.
- Final Step: Turn the power switch to the "O" position and unplug the power cord.
