Installation Steps

Step 1: Install the Front and Rear Stabilizers

Connect the Front Stabilizer(4) to the Main Frame(1) with M8*75L Carriage Bolt(52), M8 Arc Washer(48), High Hat(58); Install the Rear Stabilizer(3) in the same way. After all four sets of carriage bolts are installed, then tighten the cap nuts.

Step 2: Fix the Handrail Riser

As shown in Figure A, lift the Handrail Riser (2) in the direction of the arrow to the direction shown in figure B, and fix it with six M8*16L Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts (47) and two M8 Arc Washers (48), four M8 Flat Pads (50).

Fix the Fine-tune Upper Segment (43) on the Handrail Riser (2) with an M5*55L Phillips Head Bolt (62) and an M5 Arc Washer (51). After locking the screws, install the riser trim cover (21) on the frame.

Step 3: Install the Left and Right Pedals

  1. Attach the Right Pedal(27) to the Right Pedal Tube(10) with three M8*50L Hexagon Bolts(61), three M8 Flat Pads(50) and three M8 Caps(53).
  2. Install the Left Pedal(28) in the same way.

Step 4: Install the Left and Right Upper Handrails

  1. Insert the Right Upper Handrail(6) to the Right Lower Handrail(8) and fix it with two M8*35L Carriage Bolts(87) and two M8 Caps(53).
  2. Install the Left Upper Handrail(7) in the same way.

Step 5: Install the Electronic Monitor

First, connect the Induction Wire Connector (C) on the Electronic Monitor(14) to the Induction Line Upper Segment(41). Then connect the Heart Rate Wires(40) to the Heart Rate Connectors (D) on the Electronic Monitor(14).

Fix the Front Stabilizer(4) on the iron piece of Handrail Riser(2) with four M5*12L Phillips Head Bolts (88) (pre-installed on the back of the Electronic Monitor).

Step 6: Install the Trim Caps

Fix the Bottle Holder (34) on the Column Pipe (2) with two M4*16mm Flange Screws (78).

As shown in the figure, fixing the Lower Handrail Trim Cover(26) on Right Lower Handrail(8) with two M4*20L Self-tapping Screws(81).

As shown in the figure, fixing the Pedal Trim Cover(25) on Right Lower Handrail(8) with two M4*20L Self-tapping Screws(81). Then to tighten with one M4*20L Self-tapping Screw(81).

As shown in the figure, fixing the Universal Joint Trim Cap(24) on Right Lower Handrail(8) with one M4*20L Self-tapping Screw(81).

How to Stabilize & Move the Machine

Adjust the height of rear stabilizer caps

Descriptions: When the machine is waggling during use, please rotate the caps of the rear stabilizer to adjust the height and improve machine stability. In addition, using an equipment floor mat can also stabilize the machine and protect your floor.

How to Move the Machine

To move the machine, grasp the front of the handle and push the machine down on the front moving wheel. Move carefully with the wheels. You can also lift the product out of the floor and move it. After moving it to the correct place, put it down slowly.

Button Function

Instructions for Operation

1. SCAN:

Press the "MODE" button to switch to display "SCAN", the monitor will switch the display every 4 seconds in the following sequence: TIME, CNT, T-CNT, DIST, CAL and PULSE.

2. TIME:

  1. Time from start to finish of exercise.
  2. Press the "MODE" button to switch to display "TIME", and press the "SET" button to set the target exercise time. When the set time counts down to 0, it will stop for about 1 second and start counting up.

3. CNT:

  1. Display the current exercise times.
  2. Press the "MODE" button to switch the display to "CNT", and press the "SET" button to set the target number of exercises. When the set number of times counts down to 0, it will stop for about 1 second and start counting up.

4. T-CNT:

The total number of exercises since the battery was installed.

5. DIST:

Measure the distance from the start to the stop of the movement.

6. CAL:

  1. Calculate the calories burned from the beginning to the end of the exercise.
  2. Press the "MODE" button to switch to display "CAL", and press the "SET" button to set the target calorie consumption. When the set calorie countdown reaches 0, it will stop for about 1 second and start counting up.

7. PULSE:

Press the MODE button until "PULSE" is displayed. Hold the sensor tab lightly with both hands for 6-7 seconds, the monitor displays the current heart rate (beats per minute).

Note: During the first 2-3 seconds of the test, the heart rate data may be slightly higher than the actual value due to the instability of the test before it becomes normal. The test results cannot be used for medical purposes.

Precautions

  1. If the monitor does not display or the display is blurred, please replace the battery.
  2. After 4 minutes of inactivity, the monitor will automatically shut down.
  3. After restarting the exercise or pressing the button, the monitor will automatically turn on.
  4. After the exercise starts, the monitor will automatically calculate the exercise data, and stop calculating the exercise data after 4 seconds of stopping the exercise.

Instructions for Replacing the Battery

PLEASE NOTE: The device is equipped with two trial AA batteries that have passed MSDS certification. These batteries may not provide the same life as standard batteries. In order to ensure a functioning, please replace them in time.

Step 1:

On the back of the monitor, find the position shown on the right, press the battery cover buckle downward (in the direction of the arrow), and pull it out slightly.

Step 2:

After removing the battery cover, install the battery. Please pay attention to the installation position as shown in the picture on the right and install it correctly.

Step 3:

Gently replace the battery cover into the electronic watch in the direction shown on the right, and push it inwards to complete the installation.

Warm-up

Do stretches before exercising. Warm muscles are easier to stretch, so start with a 5-10 minute warm-up, then do some stretches shown below - 5 times, 10 seconds or more per leg. Do it again after the workout.

  1. Stretch down: Bend your knees slightly, slowly bend your body forward, relax your back and shoulders, and try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times (see Figure 1).
  2. Seated hamstring stretch: Sit with one leg straight. Bring the other leg in so that it is snug on the inside of the straightened leg. Try to touch your feet with your hand's toe. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 2).
  3. Calf and Achilles tendon stretch: Stand with both hands against the wall or a tree, put one foot behind another. Keep the back leg straight and your heel on the ground, lean toward a wall or a tree. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 3).
  4. Quadriceps stretch: Reach back with your right hand, grab your right foot and slowly pull it toward your hips until you feel the muscles in the front of your thigh tense. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure4).
  5. Sartorius (inner thigh muscle) stretch: Sit with your feet facing each other and your knees facing out. Grab your feet with both hands and pull toward your groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times(see Figure5).

Troubleshooting

Questions Solutions
How to adjust the knob and how to use it? Rotate the knob clockwise to increase resistance, and rotate the knob counterclockwise to reduce resistance. Elliptical machine resistance is adjustable, the mechanical knob is to help achieve multi-gear variable speed.
What should be done when the handrails shake slightly? Check whether the four bolts connecting the left and right armrests are fixed firmly. The elliptical machine is still malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Support (see page 19).
What should be done when the machine shakes in the process of use? Check whether the twelve angles of the two ends of the rear foot pipe are leveled. The elliptical machine is still malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Support (see page 19).
What should be done when the pedals loosen? Check that the three bolts on the pedal are locked tight. The elliptical machine is still malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Support (see page 19).
What should be done when there is no display on the monitor? Replace the batteries. Check whether the positive and negative battery terminals are installed correctly. The elliptical machine is still malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Support (see page 19).
What should be done when Bluetooth cannot connect to the machine? Please make sure the Bluetooth of your cell phone is open. Please make sure the machine is disconnected from other devices Bluetooth before connecting. The device can only be connected to the APP when in motion, when connected, please step on the pedals more than twice to activate the Bluetooth. The elliptical machine is still malfunctioning. Please contact Customer Support (see page 19).

The MERACH products are premium in material, craftsmanship, and service. MERACH 1-year limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase.

MERACH will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are available to the original purchasers of our products within the first 30 days of purchase. This warranty extends only to personal use, doesn't apply to the commercial, rental, or any other uses for which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.

This warranty is non-transferable. MERACH is not responsible for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment's failure, user's negligence, user's abuse, or improper operation that does not follow the included user manual.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
