Operation Instructions
Control Panel Operation:
DIRECTION [FORWARD/REVERSE]: Press this button to move the pedals forward or backward. Note: Pedal direction cannot be changed in AUTOMATIC MODE.
MODE [MODE]: 1) Switch between MANUAL and AUTO modes. 2) Adjust speed levels in AUTOMATIC MODE (P1-P12).
FUNCTION [FUNCTION]: Cycles through display information: TIME, DISTANCE, SPEED, COUNTER, CALORIE.
+/- [SPEED ADJUSTMENT]: Adjusts the trainer's speed level in MANUAL MODE (01-12). Note: Speed cannot be changed in AUTOMATIC MODE.
START/STOP [START/STOP]: 1) Press to turn on the screen and activate the trainer. 2) Press to pause training. 3) Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off the trainer.
Display Functions:
SCAN [SCANNING]: Pressing the FUNCTION button cycles to SCAN, displaying TIME, DISTANCE, SPEED, COUNTER, CALORIE sequentially.
TIME [TIME]: Displays the elapsed time of the workout. Press FUNCTION until the TIME indicator lights up to view current workout time.
DISTANCE [DISTANCE]: Measures the distance (in meters) covered during the workout.
SPEED [SPEED]: Displays the current speed level (01-12).
COUNTER [COUNTER]: Shows the current workout cycle count.
CALORIE [CALORIE]: Calculates the number of calories burned during the workout.
Remote Control Operation:
POWER [POWER]: Turns the device on/off.
FUNCTION [FUNCTION]: Cycles through display information: TIME, DISTANCE, SPEED, COUNTER, CALORIE.

Mode Details:
AUTOMATIC MODE (P1-P12): Features 12 pre-set programs with varying speed and direction changes. The trainer will stop after each 15-minute program segment.
MANUAL MODE (01-12): Allows manual adjustment of speed from 1 to 12.
Using Elastic Straps:
- Pull out the fixing plate on both sides at the bottom of the trainer.
- Attach the elastic straps to both sides.
- Adjust strap length as needed and perform warm-up exercises.
