Safety Instructions
Please read this manual thoroughly before assembling and using the machine. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
- Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are over 35 years old or have pre-existing health conditions.
- Pay attention to your body's signals. Stop exercising immediately if you experience any discomfort and consult your physician.
- Keep children and pets away from the machine. This equipment is for adult use only.
- Use the machine on a stable, horizontal surface. Ensure a minimum clearance of 1.6 ft (0.5 m) from the machine to any obstacles.
- Regularly check all screws and nuts for tightness.
- Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are performed, and replace any worn or broken parts.
- Wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes. Avoid loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in the machine.
- The maximum user weight is 330 lbs (150 kg).
- This machine is intended for home use only and is not for professional medical treatment.
- Inspect the machine for loose screws, open welds, fractures, or other issues before and after each use.
- If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until repairs are completed.
- For long-term storage, protect the machine from direct sunlight, wind, rain, and high humidity. Check for rust or cracks.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble the Foot Pad
Screw the Foot Pads (#9) into the Rear Cross Tube and adjust for balance using the Cross Spanner (#A).
Step 2: Assemble the Right Handrail
Remove the pre-assembled Knob (#6), Flat Washer (#5), and Screw (#3) from the Right Handrail (#2). Attach two Flat Washers (#5) to the side of the Right Handrail (#2). Insert the handrail into the U-shaped iron sheet on the right side of the Main Frame (#1). Insert the Screw (#3) and Pin (#4) into the designated holes and tighten the Knob (#6).
Step 3: Assemble the Left Handrail
Repeat the process from Step 2 for the Left Handrail (#2).
Step 4: Fix the Phone Holder
Insert the Phone Holder (#7) into the designated hole on the Main Frame (#1) and secure it.
Step 5: Plug in Power
Connect one end of the 9V1A Adapter (#8) to the elliptical machine's power port and the other end to a power outlet.
Product Usage Instructions
Fixing and Swinging Handrail
- To fix the handrail, insert the Pin (#4) into the Fix Handrail Hole.
- To allow the handrail to swing, insert the Pin (#4) into the Bolt Storage Bolt.
Scale Indication
The scale indicates different settings for handrail height, suitable for various user heights:
- 0: Handrail storage
- 1: Suitable for height 5.09 feet (155 cm)
- 2: Suitable for height 5.58 feet (170 cm)
- 3: Suitable for height 6.07 feet (185 cm)
Instructions for the Monitor
1.1 Main Display Description
The monitor features two modes:
- Carousel Mode: Data rotates every 3 seconds (Speed, Time, Distance, Calories). The small window displays the resistance level. A Bluetooth light indicates connection status (lit when connected, off when not). The outer circle is fully lit in the default sports state.
- Lock Mode: Short press the knob to lock the display to a specific data point (Speed, Time, Distance, or Calories). The small window still shows the resistance level. The outer circle is fully lit in the default sports state.
1.2 Main Operation Instructions
- Sleep/Wake: The console enters sleep mode after 3 minutes of inactivity. Pedal movement or knob interaction wakes it up.
- Press Knob: Short press to wake up from sleep or to enter the motion state from a wake-up state. Short press to switch display modes during motion. Long press for 2 seconds to reset data and enter wake-up state. A buzzer sounds upon interaction.
- Rotate Knob: Rotate clockwise to increase resistance, counter-clockwise to decrease resistance. A buzzer sounds upon interaction.
1.3 Detailed Operating Instructions
- Power On: The console powers on with a long beep and lights up, entering the READY state. Resistance resets to level 1. It enters standby after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- Movement State: Short press the knob or pedal to enter the movement state. The small window displays the resistance level.
- Data Display: In carousel mode, the main window cycles through Speed, Time, Distance, and Calories every 3 seconds. The 'SCAN' indicator is lit.
- Locking Display: Short press the knob to lock the display to a specific metric (Speed, Time, Distance, or Calories). The 'SCAN' indicator turns off.

Download the MERACH app by scanning the QR code or searching "MERACH" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in or sign up, and follow the in-app instructions to set up your device. Using the MERACH app provides access to free workout courses and additional features. Coaching courses are available in English.
KINOMAP APP Setup
Download the Kinomap app by scanning the QR code or searching "Kinomap" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in or sign up, select the corresponding fitness equipment (Ellipticals), choose your model (e.g., "MRK-E12-XXXX"), turn on Bluetooth, and connect to Merach. Start training and explore various workout methods.
Warm-up
Perform stretches before and after exercising to prepare your muscles. Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 3 times.
- Stretch Down: Bend forward from the hips with slightly bent knees, reaching towards your toes.
- Seated Hamstring Stretch: Sit with one leg extended, the other bent inward. Reach for the toes of the extended leg.
- Calf and Achilles Tendon Stretch: Stand facing a wall, one foot behind the other. Keep the back leg straight and heel on the ground, lean forward.
- Quadriceps Stretch: Stand and pull one foot towards your hip with the hand on the same side.
- Sartorius (Inner Thigh Muscle) Stretch: Sit with soles of feet together, knees bent outwards. Pull feet towards your groin.

Activate an additional 12-month warranty by emailing register@merach.com with your product model name or by visiting merachfit.com/pages/warranty within 14 days of purchase. Provide your order number or a note with the receipt date if the order number is unavailable.
Defective Products & Returns:
If your product is defective within the warranty period, contact Customer Support at support@merach.com with your invoice and order number. Do not dispose of the product before contacting us. Return the product with a copy of your invoice and order number after approval.
