- This camera cannot work separately; it must be used in combination with a DVR.
- This is a wired camera, not a wireless camera. Wired systems offer a more stable connection than wireless systems. If you need to return the item, please pack it well and send it back to Amazon.
- TVI mode on Hiseeu YXVR-8/YXVR-16 allows for one-way audio functionality. The ASIN of the XVR is: B0C8TKQWPD/B0C8TFRR93.
1. Introduction
1.1 Product Features
This series of cameras adopts a new generation sensor with high sensitivity and advanced circuit design technology. It features high resolution, low image distortion, and low noise, making it suitable for surveillance systems and image processing.

1.2 Product Overview
Camera Type: PT Mini Dome Camera
The front view of the PT Mini Dome Camera displays the lens, white LEDs for illumination, a human body infrared sensor, and a microphone (MIC).
The side/back view illustrates the mounting base, a speaker, and the combined power and HD video cable.
1.2.1 Connections
A diagram shows the camera connected to a DVR and power. It advises testing the camera and DVR connection before final installation, and preparing the DVR, power adapter, and video cable.
1.2.2 Camera Installation
- Drill the screw holes in the wall according to the camera location sticker.
- Hammer the supplied plastic expansion bolt into the screw holes.
- Fix the camera mount to the wall with supplied screws.
- Insert the camera into the camera bracket.
- Connect the camera and the video/power cable.

1.3 Add to the DVR/XVR
1.3.1. Add to Hiseeu YS XVR
The factory setting for the PT camera is AHD mode. To enable one-way audio functionality with Hiseeu's XVR, you must change the VIDEO SETTING to TVI mode first.
To configure the camera:
- Move the mouse and click the "Control PTZ".
- Click the "OSD Menu Control".
- Click the menu icon [menu icon] to navigate the Menu.
- Click the appropriate icon to select the Main menu.
- Select "VIDEO SETTING" and click the arrow icon [right arrow icon] to enter.
- Select "TVI" from the HD options.
- Click "RETURN" [return icon] and then "EXIT" [exit icon] to return to the main version screen.
- Finally, ensure the audio is turned on. The interface shows a button to "Turn Audio Off", implying it should be switched to "Turn Audio On" [audio on icon].
1.3.2 Add to other brand DVR
If the video does not display properly, you may need to change your VIDEO SETTING to AHD mode. This should allow the picture to display normally.
