Product Features

The Resistex Miks is a lighting fixture designed for low luminance and offers adjustable orientation.

Adjustable/Orientable: The fixture can be rotated and adjusted to direct light. Diagrams illustrate components being attached and the fixture being rotated for positioning.

Low Luminance: The fixture is designed to provide low luminance. Diagrams show the fixture with its diffuser and mounting mechanism.

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Ceiling Cutout: Use the provided template to mark a circular opening in the ceiling with a diameter of Ø69 mm (+/-1 mm).
2. Fixture Insertion: Carefully insert the Miks downlight into the prepared ceiling opening.
3. Securing Mechanism: Rotate the fixture to engage its internal spring clips or mounting mechanism, securing it firmly in place.
4. Electrical Connection Preparation: Prepare the electrical supply wires for connection to the fixture's internal terminals.
5. Connector Block Operation: Open the lever on the provided connector block to access the wire terminals.
6. Wire Insertion: Insert the electrical supply wires (Line, Neutral, and Ground) into the appropriate terminals within the connector block.
7. Terminal Identification: The connector block is marked with terminals for Line (L), Neutral (N), and Ground (implied).
8. Final Placement: Push the fixture fully into the ceiling recess. The integrated spring clips will hold it securely.
9. Wiring Verification: Ensure correct wiring polarity. A diagram indicates correct connections (checkmark symbol ✔️) and incorrect connections (cross symbol ❌).
10. Completed Installation: The Resistex Miks downlight is now fully installed and flush with the ceiling surface.

• Never work on the luminaire when it is live (under voltage).
