This manual provides detailed information on the operation and maintenance of the device. Read the enclosed instructions before using the device. Use the device as described. Keep this manual and ensure all persons who may use the device are familiar with it.
The Sillon electric cosmetic chair is a professional device perfect for any beauty salon. It is ideal for massages, cosmetic, and physiotherapy treatments. The chair is designed to ensure complete comfort when lying on it during treatment. The chair consists of four sections and a removable cushion. On both sides of the chair are handles where the remote control can be hung so it is always at hand.
Product Load Capacity
The maximum load capacity of the seat is 150 kg. Do not exceed the indicated weight the chair can bear.
Do not jump on the backrest or apply excessive pressure to the armrests to prevent damage to the product's structure.

Packaging and Handling
The packaging uses cardboard boxes and inserts, with a total of 10 layers of paper to ensure product protection. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for future use, especially for returns during the warranty period.
For safety reasons, two people are required to lift the chair out of the cardboard box. When lifting, stand on both sides of the headrest and footrest. Remember that the chair can only be lifted by the headrest and footrest, not by the armrests.
Before using the chair, check that the packaging is intact and not damaged during transport. If there is a problem, notify the transport company.
After-sales staff should be contacted within 2 days of receiving the device. Ensure all accessories are complete upon delivery. If accessories are missing, contact customer service promptly.
Environmental Conditions for Use
The electric cosmetic chair must be used in a closed, dry room. The room temperature should be between +10°C and +40°C, and the relative humidity between 30% and 75%.
If the electric cosmetic chair has been exposed to temperatures below 0°C, wait at least 5 hours before using it to allow the device to reach room temperature.
Getting Started
Before using the electric cosmetic chair, read the instructions and follow these steps:
- Check that all packaging materials have been removed.
- Ensure the chair is in order.
- Place the electric beauty chair in the room where it will be used.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable socket.
Tip! Children and inexperienced persons should not use this device. Children should be supervised and should not play near the electric beauty chair. For safety reasons, unplug the device and do not leave it unattended. Also, unplug the device.

Construction of the Device
The chair consists of the following main parts:

Warnings
- The footrest is not designed to bear the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrests or footrest.
- Do not use the electric gynecological examination chair near flammable gases.
- Do not lift more weight than the chair can bear.
- Ensure the distance between sockets does not exceed 2 meters.
Precautions
- For safety reasons, always plug the power cord into a grounded socket.
- Do not tie the power cord to the device. If you lift or pull the power cord, it may be damaged. Ensure the power cord can be easily removed in an emergency.
- Remove the power cord before moving the electric beauty chair to prevent it from getting caught between parts of the chair.
- If the power cord is damaged, immediately unplug it, do not use the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cord.
- Do not allow persons who are not performing the treatment to operate the remote control.
- Do not place objects under the chair.
- Ensure sufficient free space around the chair for it to be freely folded and unfolded.
- Ensure there are no sharp or harmful objects around the chair that could damage the device.
- Do not modify the device yourself. If the chair is not working properly, stop using it and contact an authorized service center.
Operating the Device
1. Connect the power cable to an external power supply of 110V~240V.
Armrest Installation Method
The chair must be in a horizontal position to install the armrest. Slide the armrest into the hole on the side of the backrest. The armrest must be firmly seated. Rotate it to the right or left to ensure it is secure. Do the same for the other armrest.
The armrest is perpendicular to the ground (regardless of the chair's angle). It can be rotated 180°.
Manual Control Functions
Height Adjustment
The bed height can be adjusted from 58 cm to 82 cm from the ground.
Control panel description:
- Button A: Lifts the chair (increases height).
- Button B: Lowers the chair (decreases height).
Backrest and Legrest Adjustment
Backrest elevation angle: 0-80°
Legrest elevation angle: 0-90°
Control panel description:
- Button C: Adjusts backrest angle upwards.
- Button D: Adjusts backrest angle downwards.
- Button E: Adjusts legrest angle upwards.
- Button F: Adjusts legrest angle downwards.
Footrest Function
The footrest has a retractable function, allowing for a length adjustment of 0-12 cm.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Important: Unplug the device before cleaning.
Clean the chair regularly to keep it in good condition. Clean and disinfect the chair after each use. Thorough disinfection once a month is recommended.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Wipe metal and plastic surfaces and control elements with a damp cloth. A small brush is effective for cleaning hard-to-reach places or corners. Do not use excessive liquid for cleaning. Then disinfect the device with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent works best. Ammonia and most solvents can be used to remove stubborn stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water cannons) for cleaning.
Do not clean at high temperatures and high humidity, and do not expose the device to conditions that may lead to liquid contamination.
Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
IV. Seat Surface
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner and then wipe it with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
For maintenance, unplug the device.
- Repairs must be carried out by experienced and manufacturer-approved personnel. Repairs by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or damage to the device for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the electric beauty chair or accessories if they are not working properly.
- All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Maintenance Checks
Check the control elements and their wiring once a week. Check the condition and operation of the following components at least once every six months:
- Power cable and its fastening
- Motor wiring
- Switch box and its wiring
- Attached accessories
- Normal operation of the locking system
If defects are found, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service center. Only experienced or authorized personnel should open or replace the actuator/control unit.
If a component of the equipment is damaged, unplug it and stop using it. Then notify the service department.

Safety Measures
- The device is professional equipment for use in beauty salons. Operation of the device only by qualified cosmetic personnel prevents undesirable consequences during treatment.
- The device must not be disassembled or used for purposes other than those indicated in this manual. All maintenance and repairs must be carried out exclusively by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
- Do not install or use the device near liquids, wet areas, or with wet hands – to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- Immediately unplug the device and contact an authorized service center of ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. in the following cases: (a) liquid has entered the device, (b) the device emits a strange odor, smoke, or makes strange noises, (c) the power cord is damaged, (d) the device has been tipped over or the casing is damaged.
- Do not place objects on the cables. Do not install the device in a place where someone can step on the power cord.
- For safety, unplug the power cord each time you finish using the device.
- Do not insert anything into the device's openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cord and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on a wobbly trolley, shelf, or vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the device's lifespan, it is recommended to allow a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk that the device may not function correctly, be damaged, or even burn out.
Important Notes
- In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center – this prevents danger.
- This device may be used by children aged 8 years and older and by persons with limited physical and mental capabilities and lack of experience and familiarity with the equipment, provided that supervision or instruction is given on the safe use of the equipment so that the associated risks are understood.
- The equipment is not intended for children to play with. Do not let children play with the device.
- Do not leave the device unattended when children or persons without sufficient knowledge of the device's use are nearby.
- This electrical device is not a toy. Misuse or contact with the electrical device may pose health risks or result in death, therefore the device must be used and stored out of the reach of children.
Disposal of the Device
Deliver used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging to environmentally friendly recycling centers. Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow the regulations for disposal procedures for this type of equipment. To protect the environment, according to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over at collection points for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Discarded and old appliances contain fully recyclable parts and must therefore be submitted for recycling. Therefore, they must be handed over to designated collection points and ACTIVESHOP Ltd.
Storage and Transport
The device may only be transported in its original packaging at a temperature between (-) 20 °C and (+) 50 °C. Store the device in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown or dropped, and must not be exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric influences.
