Keys Instruction
The IHC-200 features the following keys and indicators:
- ① PV (Process Value): Displays current humidity in running mode, menu code in setting mode, or current humidity when decrease and increase keys are pressed simultaneously.
- ② SV (Setting Value): Displays setting humidity in running mode or setting value in setting mode.
- ③ Humidification Indicator Lamp: On when humidification is working; Off when humidification stops working.
- ④ Dehumidification Indicator Lamp: On when dehumidification is working; Off when dehumidification stops working; Flicker during dehumidification delay.
- ⑤ SET key: Press for 3 seconds to enter function setting. Press for 3 seconds again to quit and save changes.
- ⑥ DECREASE key: Inquire DD value in running mode; Decrease value in setting mode.
- ⑦ INCREASE key: Inquire HD value in running mode; Increase value in setting mode.
- ⑧ Dehumidification Device Socket: For dehumidification output.
- ⑨ Humidification Device Socket: For humidification output.
The controller also supports UK, EU, US, and AU socket types.
Key Operation Instruction
4.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the “SET” key and the “▲”/“▼” keys simultaneously for 3 seconds to turn off the device. Press and hold the “SET” key and the “▲”/“▼” keys simultaneously for 1 second to turn on the device.
4.2 Enquiry Differential Value
Short press the “▲” key to display the humidification differential (HD). Short press the “▼” key to display the dehumidification differential (DD). The display will return to normal humidity after two seconds.
4.3 How to Set Parameters
Press and hold the “SET” key for 3 seconds to enter parameter setting mode. The PV screen will display the first menu code “HS” with its setting value on the SV screen. Press “SET” to cycle through menu codes. Use the “▲”/“▼” keys to adjust the current parameter.
After settings are complete, press and hold the “SET” key for 3 seconds to save and exit. If no operation is detected for 10 seconds, the system will automatically exit without saving.
4.4 Setup Flow Chart
The setup process involves entering the parameter setting mode by holding the “SET” key for over 3 seconds. The parameters include:
- HS (Humidity Set Value): Set the desired humidity level.
- HD (Humidification Differential Value): Set the differential for humidification.
- DD (Dehumidification Differential Value): Set the differential for dehumidification.
- AH (Alarm High Humidity Set Value): Set the upper limit for humidity alarm.
- AL (Alarm Low Humidity Set Value): Set the lower limit for humidity alarm.
- PT (Delay Protection Value): Set the delay time for protection.
- CA (Humidity Calibration): Calibrate the humidity sensor.
The system returns to normal working mode after settings are applied.

Detailed Operation Explanations
5.1 Humidity Control Range Setting (HS, HD, DD)
The controller displays the current humidity. When the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS + DD, dehumidification starts. The dehumidification indicator lamp turns on, and the relay activates. If the indicator lamp flickers, it means the equipment is in delay protection. When the measured humidity PV is less than or equal to HS, dehumidification stops. Similarly, when the measured humidity PV is less than or equal to HS - HD, humidification starts. The humidification indicator lamp turns on, and the relay activates. When the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS, humidification stops.
5.2 Alarm High/Low Limit Setting (AH, AL)
If the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to AH or less than or equal to AL, an alarm will sound, and the current value, AH, or AL will be displayed. The alarm can be silenced by pressing any key, but the alarm status will persist until the humidity returns to the normal range.
5.3 Compressor Delay (PT)
In dehumidification mode, if the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS + DD after power-on, the equipment will wait for the preset delay time before starting dehumidification. If the time interval between two dehumidification operations is longer than the preset delay, dehumidification starts immediately. If it's shorter, it waits for the delay. The delay time is calculated after dehumidification stops.
5.4 Humidity Calibration (CA)
Use the humidity calibration function to align the measured humidity with the actual humidity. The corrected humidity is the initial measured humidity plus the calibration value (which can be positive, zero, or negative).
Error Description
Sensor fault alarm: If the humidity sensor is short-circuited or open-looped, the controller will enter sensor fault mode, canceling all actions. A buzzer will sound, and “ER” will be displayed. The buzzer alarm can be dismissed by pressing any key. After the fault is resolved, the system will return to normal working mode.
