Sockets: The device supports different socket types:

Available socket versions include EU, US, AU, and UK types.

Basic Operation

Power On/Off

To turn off the controller: Press and hold the "SET", "Up", and "Down" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. All displays and outputs will turn off.

To turn on the controller: Press and hold the "SET", "Up", and "Down" buttons simultaneously for 1 second from the power-off state.

Enquiry Differential Value

When the controller is operating normally, short press the "Up" button once to display the Humidification Differential (HD) value. Short press the "Down" button once to display the Dehumidification Differential (DD) value. The display will return to normal after two seconds.

Enquiry Measuring Humidity

Press the "Up" and "Down" buttons simultaneously to display the current humidity value on the PV screen. Release the buttons after 2 seconds to return to the normal display mode.

How to Set Parameters

When the controller is working normally, press and hold the "SET" button to enter parameter setting mode. The PV screen will display the first menu code "HS" (Humidity Set Value), and the SV screen will display the current setting value.

Press the "SET" key to cycle through menu codes. Use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to change the current parameter value.

After finishing settings, press and hold the "SET" key for 3 seconds to save the parameter settings and return to the normal humidity display mode. If there is no operation for 10 seconds during setting, the system will automatically quit the menu and return to normal display without saving changes.

The setup process involves setting various parameters sequentially:

5.1 Humidity Control Range Setting (HS, HD, DD)

When the controller operates normally, the LED displays the current measured humidity. It then automatically recognizes and translates the need for humidifying or dehumidifying.

5.2 Alarm High/Low Limit Setting (AH, AL)

When the measured humidity (PV) is greater than or equal to AH (Alarm High Humidity Set Value) or less than or equal to AL (Alarm Low Humidity Set Value), an alarm will sound, and the current value along with AH/AL will be displayed on the PV screen. Pressing any button will stop the alarm sound, but the alarm status will not change until the measured humidity returns to the set range.

5.3 Compressor Delay (PT)

When the controller is in dehumidification mode, it will not start dehumidification immediately if PV ≥ HS + DD. Instead, it will wait for the preset delay time (PT).

If the time interval between two dehumidification operations (or from power on to dehumidify) is larger than the preset delay, dehumidification will start immediately. If the time interval is less than the preset delay, dehumidification will not start until the preset delay is satisfied.

The delay time is calculated right after dehumidification stops working.

5.4 Humidity Calibration (CA)

When there is a deviation between the measured humidity and the actual humidity, use the humidity calibration function to align them. The corrected humidity is equal to the humidity before calibration plus the corrected value. The corrected value can be positive, zero, or negative.

Error Description

Sensor Fault Alarm: If the humidity sensor is short-circuited or open-circuited, the controller will enter the sensor fault mode, canceling all actions. A buzzer will sound, and the LED will display "ER". The buzzer alarm can be dismissed by pressing any key. After the fault is resolved, the system will return to normal working mode.

Troubleshooting Guide

Issues Causes Solutions
The probe reading is incorrect.
  1. Water or condensation enters the probe.
  2. The probe is placed in an area with poor humidity circulation.
  3. The probe is damaged.
  1. Adjust the position of the probe.
  2. Use a dry cloth to clean.
  3. If the probe is used in a high humidity environment, dry it using a hairdryer and then test it at room.
  4. Check if the probe is intact.
  5. If the deviation is small, use the CA function to calibrate.
Output 1 (work1) will not turn on.
