04 Operation Instructions
4.1 Power On / Off
- To turn on the controller, press and hold the "SET" button for 1 second.
- To turn off the controller, press and hold the "SET", "▲", and "▼" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The displays will turn off, and the outputs will be cut.
4.2 Checking Differential Values
- In normal operation, press "▲" to display the humidification differential value (HD).
- Press "▼" to display the dehumidification differential value (DD).
- After 2 seconds, the humidity display will reappear.
4.3 How to Set Parameters
In normal operation, press and hold "SET" for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. The PV screen will display the first menu code "HS", and the SV screen will show the corresponding value.
Press "SET" to cycle through the menu. When the desired parameter code is displayed, use "▲" or "▼" to adjust the setting value.
When settings are complete, press and hold "SET" for 3 seconds to save the parameters and return to normal humidity display mode.
If no operation is performed for 10 seconds during setting, the system will automatically exit the menu without saving and return to normal humidity display mode.
4.4 Setting Diagram
Press "SET" for 3s to Enter Setting Mode
- HS (Humidity Setting Value): Adjust humidity setpoint.
- HD (Humidity Differential): Set the humidity differential for humidification.
- DD (Dehumidification Differential): Set the humidity differential for dehumidification.
- AH (High Humidity Alarm): Set the high humidity alarm limit.
- AL (Low Humidity Alarm): Set the low humidity alarm limit.
- PT (Delay Protection): Set the delay time for compressor protection.
- CA (Humidity Calibration): Calibrate the humidity reading.

5.1 Setting the Humidity Control Range (HS, HD, DD)
In normal operation, the PV screen displays the measured humidity and automatically manages humidification and dehumidification.
Dehumidification: When the measured humidity PV is ≥ HS (Humidity Setting Value) + DD (Dehumidification Differential Value), the unit will enter dehumidification mode. The dehumidification indicator (WORK1) will light up, and the dehumidification relay will activate. If the dehumidification indicator flashes, it means the dehumidification device is in a protection delay period. When the measured humidity PV is ≤ HS (Humidity Setting Value), the dehumidification indicator will turn off, and the dehumidification relay will stop working.
Humidification: When the measured humidity PV is ≤ HS (Humidity Setting Value) - HD (Humidification Differential Value), the unit will enter humidification mode. The humidification indicator (WORK2) will light up, and the humidification relay will activate. When the measured humidity PV is ≥ HS (Humidity Setting Value), the humidification indicator will turn off, and the humidification relay will stop working.
5.2 Setting High and Low Limit Alarms (AH, AL)
When the measured humidity PV is ≥ AH (High Humidity Alarm Value) or PV ≤ AL (Low Humidity Alarm Value), the alarm will sound "bi-bi-biii", and the current AH or AL value will be displayed on the PV screen. The sound can be stopped by pressing any button, but the alarm mode will remain active until the measured humidity returns to the normal range.
5.3 Compressor Delay (PT)
In dehumidification mode, after power-on, if the measured humidity PV is ≥ HS (Humidity Setting Value) + DD (Dehumidification Differential Value), the device will not start dehumidification immediately but will wait for a delay period.
If the time interval between two dehumidification operations (or the delay from power-on to dehumidification) is longer than the preset delay, dehumidification will start immediately. If the time interval between two dehumidification operations (or the delay from power-on to dehumidification) is shorter than the preset delay, dehumidification will not start until the preset delay is met.
The delay will be calculated from the moment dehumidification stops.
5.4 Humidity Calibration (CA)
If there is a discrepancy between the measured humidity and the actual humidity, use the calibration function to align the measured humidity with the actual humidity. The corrected humidity is equal to the humidity before calibration + the corrected value (the corrected value can be a positive value, 0, or a negative value).
06 Error Description
Sensor Failure Alarm
When the humidity sensor is short-circuited or open-circuited, the controller will trigger the sensor failure mode and cancel all actions. The buzzer will sound, and the screen will display "ER". Press any button to disable the alarm. Once the problem is corrected, the system will return to normal operation mode.
