Soundcore App
Downloading the Soundcore app gives you access to all features like Game Mode, Find Device, EQ tuning, firmware updates, and more. If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, reinstall the app or update it to the latest version from your mobile app store. Usage
Select the EarTips that best fit your ears.

Charging
Dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port completely before charging.
Charge both the earbuds and the charging case fully before the first use.
- Remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds before first use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.

Powering On and Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" from your device's Bluetooth list when connecting the Soundcore device for the first time.

Manual Pairing
Enter Bluetooth pairing mode manually by taking the earbuds out of the charging case and pressing and holding the touchpads on both earbuds for three seconds.

Control your earbuds using touch controls. Controls can also be customized in the Soundcore app.

Powering Off
Power off by returning the earbuds to the charging case and closing it. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Resetting
Reset if you encounter issues with pairing between the earbuds or with other devices. First, delete the Bluetooth pairing information from your device. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

LED Indicator Guide
The LED indicators on the earbuds and case provide status information.
- Flashing white: Indicates pairing mode.
- Solid white: Indicates a stable connection or charging status.

Firmware Update
You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when you connect your earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case lid remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, ensure the earbuds are charging and do not use them.
