If the earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, reinstall or update the app to the latest version from your mobile app store.

Usage
Select the ear tips that best fit the shape of your ear.

Charging
Before charging, completely dry the earbuds and USB-C charging ports. ?
Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before first use. ?
- Before first use, remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.

Power On & Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. ?
Select 'soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i' on your device's Bluetooth list when connecting for the first time.
* The device name may vary depending on the region.

Manual Pairing
To switch to Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case, then tap and hold the touch panels on both earbuds for 3 seconds. ⏱️

Power Off
To turn off the earbuds, return them to the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected. ?

Reset
Reset if the earbuds cannot connect to each other or to other devices. First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Take the earbuds out of the case. Within one minute of powering on the earbuds, tap and hold the touch panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound. ?

Firmware Update
When you connect the earbuds to the app, you will be notified when a new firmware version is discovered. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and keep the case open until the firmware update is complete. Make sure the earbuds are charging and do not use them during the update. ⬆️
