If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, please reinstall the app or update it to the latest version in your mobile app store.

Wearing Guide
Select the ear tips that best fit your ears. The ear tips are available in sizes Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L).

Charging
Before charging, ensure the earbuds and USB-C charging port are completely dry.
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.
- Before first use, peel off the insulation stickers on the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the case.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.
Charging Indicator: The LED indicator on the charging case shows the charging status. A quick charge provides approximately 2 hours of playback from 10 minutes of charging.
Powering On and Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
When connecting to Soundcore for the first time, select 'soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i' from your device's Bluetooth list. (Device name may vary by region).
Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the charging case, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Powering Off
To power off, place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected for 30 minutes.
Resetting
If your earbuds encounter pairing issues with other devices, reset them.
- First, delete the pairing record from your Bluetooth device.
- Take the earbuds out of the case.
- Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.
LED Indicator Guide

- White light flashing: Indicates pairing mode or connection status.
- White light solid: Indicates charging or fully charged status.
Firmware Update
When you connect your earbuds to the app, you will be notified if a new firmware version is detected. During the update process, ensure the earbuds are in the charging case with the lid open, and keep them charging without use until the update is complete. During the update process, ensure the earbuds are charging and do not use them.
