App

Download the Soundcore app to access enhanced features such as mode switching, the 'Find My Earbuds' function, equalizer settings, and firmware updates.

If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore app, please update to the latest version from your app store.

Wearing Method

Select ear tips that fit your ear size.

Charging Method

If the earbuds or the USB-C port have water or sweat on them, dry them completely before charging.

Before first use, fully charge both earbuds and the charging case.

1. Before first use, remove the protective seals from the earbuds.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the case.
3. Use the included USB-C cable to prevent damage.

Power On & Pairing

When you open the charging case, both earbuds will automatically turn on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

For the first connection, select 'Soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i*' from your device's Bluetooth list.

Manual Pairing

To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove the earbuds from the charging case and press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Operation Method

You can also customize controls via the Soundcore app.

Power Off

To turn off the earbuds, place them back into the charging case and close the case.

The earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Reset

If you can only hear sound from one earbud or cannot connect the earbuds to your device properly, reset the product.

1. First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device.
2. Remove the earbuds from the case.
3. Within 1 minute of the earbuds powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

LED Indicator

Firmware Update

You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected upon connecting the earbuds to the app. Follow the app's instructions to update to the latest version.

During the update, place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open until the firmware update is complete. Ensure both earbuds are charging during the update and do not perform any other operations.
