Download the soundcore app to experience full functionality, including game mode, find device, EQ adjustment, and firmware updates. If your earbuds cannot connect to the soundcore app, please reinstall the app or update to the latest version from your mobile app store.

Wearing Your Earbuds
Select the ear tip that best fits your ear for optimal sound and comfort. The earbuds come with three sizes of ear tips: Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L).

Charging Your Earbuds
Before charging, ensure the earbuds and the USB-C charging port are completely dry. For the first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.
- Remove the insulating sticker from the earbuds before initial use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.
A 10-minute charge provides approximately 2 hours of playback.

Powering On and Pairing
Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
For the first connection to soundcore, select 'soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i' from your device's Bluetooth list. (Note: Device names may vary by region).

Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove the earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Controls
You can control your music, calls, and access your voice assistant using the touch controls on the earbuds. Controls can be customized in the soundcore app.

Powering Off
To turn off the earbuds, place them back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically power off if they remain unconnected for 30 minutes.

Resetting Your Earbuds
If the earbuds fail to pair with each other or with other devices, perform a reset. First, delete the pairing record from your Bluetooth device. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

LED Indicator Guide
Flashing white light: Indicates the earbuds are in pairing mode.
Solid white light: Indicates the earbuds are connected.
Firmware Updates
When connected to the soundcore app, you will be notified of new firmware versions. Place the earbuds in the charging case and do not close the lid until the update is complete. Ensure the earbuds remain charging during the update process and do not use them.
