CHARGING
Wipe both earbuds and the USB charging port thoroughly before charging. Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before first use.
- Remove the insulating sticker on the earbuds before using them for the first time.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to the power supply with a certified USB-C charging cable.
Charging indicators: 2hr (full charge), 10 min charge = 2 hr playback.
POWERING ON AND PAIRING
Open the charging case and take the earbuds out of the case. They will turn on automatically and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Select soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i * from your device's Bluetooth list when connecting soundcore for the first time. * The device name may vary depending on the region.
MANUAL PAIRING
To manually activate Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case and then press the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

TURNING OFF
To turn off, place the earbuds back into the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.
RESET
Reset if the earbuds cannot be paired with each other or with other devices. First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Take the earbuds out of the case. Within one minute of the earbuds turning on, press the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.
LED LIGHT GUIDE
Blinking white: Pairing mode. Solid white: Connected.
FIRMWARE UPDATE
You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. Make sure the earbuds are charging during the update and avoid using them.
