Wearing
Choose the ear tips that fit your ears.

Charging
Dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port completely before charging.
Charge both earbuds and the charging case fully before first use.
- Remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds before first use.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to the power supply via a certified USB-C charging cable.

Power On & Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds from the case. They will automatically turn on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
On your device, select 'soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i' from the Bluetooth list when connecting for the first time to soundcore. The device name may vary by region.

Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take out the earbuds from the case, then press and hold the touch panels on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Power Off
To power off, place the earbuds back into the charging case and close it.
The earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Reset
Reset the earbuds if they are having trouble pairing with each other or with other devices.
First, delete the pairing record from your Bluetooth device. Take out the earbuds from the case. Within 1 minute of powering on the earbuds, press and hold the touch panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear an audible notification.

LED Indicator Guide
Flashing white: Pairing mode.
Solid white: Connected.

Firmware Update
You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Make sure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case is open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, ensure the earbuds are charging and avoid any operations.
