SUNDVIK Changing Table/Chest of Drawers

To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs: Place heaviest items in the lower drawer. Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product. Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Base Frame
Assemble the base frame by connecting the side panels and bottom supports. Use dowels and screws as indicated. Attach drawer runners to the side panels.

Step 2: Attach Drawer Runners
Securely attach the drawer runners to the inside of the side panels using screws.

Step 3: Connect Side Panels
Connect the main side panels to the base structure using dowels and screws.

Step 4: Attach Back Supports
Insert dowels and screws to attach the back support pieces to the frame.

Step 5: Assemble Top Frame
Assemble the frame for the changing table top. Connect the top frame pieces using dowels and screws.

Step 6: Attach Hinges to Top Frame
Attach the hinges to the top frame components using screws.

Step 7: Attach Vertical Supports
Insert vertical support pieces into the base frame, securing them with dowels.

Step 8: Secure Vertical Supports
Secure the vertical supports with additional hardware, such as cam locks and bolts.

Step 9: Attach Side Panels to Vertical Supports
Attach the main side panels to the vertical supports using the provided hardware.

Step 10: Attach Back Panels
Slide or attach the back panels into place, securing them with screws or other fasteners.

Connect the sides of the drawers using dowels and screws.

Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the unit is stable. The changing table top should operate smoothly.

Wall Securing Instructions
It is crucial to secure the furniture to the wall to prevent tip-over accidents. Follow these steps using the provided wall attachment hardware:
- Identify a suitable location on the wall, preferably into a wall stud.
- Attach the provided bracket to the back of the furniture using the appropriate screws.
- Mark the corresponding position on the wall.
- Drill holes in the wall if necessary (use appropriate wall anchors if not drilling into a stud).
- Secure the furniture to the wall by attaching the bracket to the wall using the provided screws and anchors.
