Safety Warnings

⚠ WARNING: Children have died from furniture tipover. To reduce the risk of furniture tipover:

• ALWAYS install the anti-tip device provided.
• NEVER put a TV on this product.
• NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on any drawers, doors, or shelves.
• NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
• DO NOT defeat or remove the drawer interlock system; it is an important stability and safety system.
• Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.

Tools and Hardware

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Flat head screwdriver
• Hammer
• Drill
• Measuring tape

Hardware Overview:

The following hardware is used throughout the assembly. Quantities are specified per step.

• Cam lock screws
• Cam locks
• Wooden dowels
• Various screws (e.g., 146114, 118331, 101345, 105248, 102553, 145718, 120076)
• Drawer slides (CL, CR)
• Anti-tip bracket and strap

Drill Bit Sizes for Wall Mounting:

• For solid/hollow walls: Ø 5/16" (8 mm)
• For solid wood: Ø 1/8" (3 mm)

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides to Cabinet Sides

Attach the drawer slide runners (CL and CR) to the inner side panels of the cabinet. Use 30x screws (146114) and 2x connectors (10102026).

Step 2: Assemble Cabinet Base

Connect the side panels to the bottom panel. Use 5x drawer slide assemblies.

Step 3: Attach Top Panel to Sides

Secure the top panel to the side panels using 8x fasteners (118331).

Step 4: Install Back Support Bracket

Attach the back support bracket using 1x (100823), 1x (109049), and 1x (106989).

Step 5: Secure Bottom Panel

Secure the bottom panel with 8x fasteners (101345).

Step 6: Insert Vertical Dividers

Insert the vertical divider panels into the cabinet frame.

Step 7: Secure Vertical Dividers

Secure the vertical divider panels using 4x fasteners (119250) and 2x fasteners (120076).

Step 8: Place Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled frame.

Step 9: Secure Top Panel

Secure the top panel using 4x fasteners (119250) and 2x fasteners (120076).

Step 10: Attach Drawer Front Supports (Part 1)

Attach drawer front support pieces to the cabinet sides using 2x (102553) and 2x (105248) fasteners.

Step 11: Attach Drawer Front Supports (Part 2)

Attach drawer front support pieces to the cabinet sides using 2x (105248) fasteners.

Step 12: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach drawer handles or pulls to the drawer fronts using 2x (158568) fasteners.

Step 13: Connect Drawer Sides to Front

Connect the drawer side panels to the drawer front panels using 2x (10101849) fasteners.

Step 14: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Assemble the drawer boxes: Attach drawer sides to the drawer front using 4x (10094727) and 4x (10094763) fasteners.

Step 15: Insert Drawer Bottoms

Insert the drawer bottom panels into the grooves of the drawer sides and secure them with 4x (101345) fasteners.

Step 16: Attach Drawer Tops

Attach the drawer top panels using 4x (118331) fasteners.

Step 17: Insert Drawers into Cabinet

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet.

Step 18: Secure Drawer Slides in Cabinet

Secure the drawer slide mechanisms within the cabinet using 4x (119250) and 2x (120076) fasteners.

Step 19: Attach Drawer Runners to Cabinet

Attach the drawer runners to the cabinet's inner sides using 6x (10093081) and 6x (10093082) fasteners.

Step 20: Attach Drawer Runners (Detail)

Further attachment of drawer runners to cabinet sides.

Step 21: Attach Anti-Tip Bracket to Cabinet

Attach the anti-tip bracket to the top rear of the cabinet using 1x (10102070).

Step 22: Slide in Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves of the cabinet.

Step 23: Wall Mounting (Anti-Tip Device)

⚠ Important: To prevent tipover, securely attach the furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip device.

Wall Types:

• Solid/Hollow Walls (A, B): Use the supplied screws and plugs. Drill holes with a Ø 5/16" (8 mm) bit, insert plugs, then screw the bracket into the plugs.
• Solid Wood Walls (C): Use the supplied screws without plugs. Drill pilot holes with a Ø 1/8" (3 mm) bit, then screw the bracket directly into the wood.

Step 24: Attach Strap to Wall Bracket

Attach the anti-tip strap to the wall bracket.

Step 25: Attach Strap to Furniture

Attach the anti-tip strap to the furniture.

Step 26: Assemble Drawer Base Panel

Assemble the drawer base panel using 4x (118331) fasteners.

Step 27: Assemble Drawer Side Panels

Assemble the drawer side panels using 4x (101345) fasteners.

Step 28: Insert Drawer Back Panel

Insert the drawer back panel.

Step 29: Secure Drawer Sides

Secure the drawer sides with 4x (120076) fasteners.

Step 30: Insert Drawer Front Panel

Insert the drawer front panel.

Step 31: Secure Drawer Front Panel

Secure the drawer front panel.

Step 32: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer Sides (Part 1)

Attach drawer runners to the drawer sides using 4x (145718) and 4x (120076) fasteners.

Step 33: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer Sides (Part 2)

Attach drawer runners to the drawer sides using 6x (146114) fasteners.

Step 34: Insert Drawers

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet.

Step 35: Insert Drawers

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet.
