Safety Warnings
Furniture Tipover Hazard
⚠️ WARNING: Children have died from furniture tipover. To reduce the risk of furniture tipover:
- ALWAYS install anti-tip device provided.
- NEVER put a TV on this product.
- NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on any drawers, doors, or shelves.
- NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
- DO NOT defeat or remove the drawer interlock system; it is an important stability and safety system.
- Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
Tools and Hardware
Tools Required:
- Screwdrivers (Phillips and flathead)
- Hammer
- Drill
Hardware and Drill Bit Sizes:
- Drill Bit: Ø 5/16" (8 mm)
- Drill Bit: Ø 1/8" (3 mm)
- Various screws, dowels, cam locks, and wall anchors are provided.
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Base Panels
Attach mounting brackets (106989) to the base panels using screws (100823) and (109049). Ensure correct orientation.

Step 2: Assemble Drawer Slides and Supports
Attach drawer slide components (e.g., 118331, 119250, 119252) to the side panels using screws (105248) and dowels (101345). Assemble the main frame supports using parts like 10094763, 10094727, 10093081, 10093082, 10101849, 158568. A long metal support bar (10076617) is also shown.
Step 3: Attach Cam Locks and Drawer Runners
Insert 32x cam lock fittings (120076) into the designated holes. Attach 16x screw fittings (118331) and 24x screws (146114). Attach 16x dowels (145718) and 16x dowels (101345). The diagram shows two sets of drawer runners labeled 'CL' (Left) and 'CR' (Right), with 4x of each.
Step 4: Assemble Base Structure
Align and connect the base panels using the provided cam locks and screws. Insert 24x screw (146114) into the cam lock system (10102026). The diagram shows a hand turning a cam lock to secure the connection.
Step 5: Connect Side Panels
Attach the side panels to the base structure. Use the cam lock system (10102026) and screws (146114). The diagram shows a hand rotating cam locks to secure the side panels.
Step 6: Add Internal Supports
Insert 4x screw fittings (118331) into the designated holes on the base structure.
Step 7: Secure Panels
Attach additional panels using 2x screws (105248). The diagram shows a screw being inserted and tightened.
Step 8: Attach Mounting Bracket
Attach the L-shaped mounting bracket (106989) to the frame using screws (100823) and (109049).
Step 9: Insert Dowels
Insert 4x dowels (101345) into the designated holes on a panel.
Step 10: Attach Back Panel
Slide the back panel into the grooves of the frame. Secure it with screws.
Step 11: Secure Back Panel with Cam Locks
Use 2x cam lock fittings (119250, 119252) to secure the back panel to the frame. Rotate the cam locks to tighten.
Step 12: Attach Top Support Bar
Attach the metal support bar (10076617) to the top of the frame using screws.
Step 13: Attach Bottom Support Bar
Attach the bottom support bar using 2x screws (102553) and 2x screws (105248).
Step 14: Attach Drawer Front Supports
Attach horizontal supports to the front of the frame using 2x screws (105248).
Step 15: Attach Drawer Handles
Attach the drawer handles (158568) to the drawer fronts using screws (10101849).
Step 16: Insert Dowels
Insert 4x dowels (101345) into the designated holes on a panel.
Step 17: Secure Panels with Screws
Attach panels using 4x screw fittings (118331).
Step 18: Attach Back Panel
Slide the back panel into the frame.
Step 19: Secure Back Panel with Cam Locks
Use 4x cam lock fittings (119250, 119252) to secure the back panel. Rotate the cam locks to tighten.
Step 20: Assemble Drawer Sides
Attach drawer side panels to drawer base panels using dowels (101345) and screws. The diagram shows 6x dowels (101345) being used.
Step 21: Attach Drawer Fronts
The diagram shows a drawer front being attached, with a warning symbol indicating incorrect assembly if not aligned properly.
Step 22: Attach Drawer Front
The diagram shows a drawer front being attached to the drawer box, with a warning symbol for incorrect alignment.
Step 23: Attach Drawer Fronts
Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes using screws (10094727) and (10094763).

Step 25: Attach Anti-Tip Device Bracket
Attach the anti-tip device bracket (part of the kit shown on page 4) to the top rear of the furniture using screws.
Step 26: Finalize Drawer Slide Attachment
Secure the drawer slide components with screws.
Step 27: Insert Drawer Unit
The diagram shows the main unit being pushed into place.
Step 28: Attach Anti-Tip Strap
Attach the anti-tip strap (109572) to the furniture using the provided bracket (10102070).
Step 29: Secure Anti-Tip Strap to Wall
Secure the other end of the anti-tip strap to the wall using appropriate hardware.

Step 41: Insert Drawers
Insert the assembled drawers into the chest frame. Secure drawer slides with screws (146114).
Step 42: Final Drawer Insertion

Wall Mounting Instructions
Secure Furniture to Wall
The supplied screws and plugs can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.
Diagram A (Solid Wall): Shows mounting with screw and plug. Requires drill bit Ø 5/16" (8 mm). Drill depth approx. 2 3/4" (70 mm).
Diagram B (Hollow Wall): Shows mounting with screw and plug. Requires drill bit Ø 5/16" (8 mm). Drill depth approx. 1 1/4" (30 mm).
Diagram C (Solid Wood): Shows mounting with screw only. Requires drill bit Ø 1/8" (3 mm). Drill depth approx. 1 1/4" (30 mm).
