• NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on any drawers, doors, or shelves.
• NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
• DO NOT defeat or remove the drawer interlock system; it is an important stability and safety system.
• Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach drawer slide runners (CL and CR) to the main frame. Use 146114 screws (18x total). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Step 2

Connect the side panels to the base panel. Insert dowels (118331, 10x) and secure with cam locks (119252, 10x).

Step 3

Insert dowels (118331, 6x) into the side panels.

Step 4

Insert dowels (101345, 16x) into the designated holes on the side panels and base.

Step 5

Insert dowels (101345, 12x) into the side panels.

Step 6

Attach back panel support brackets (10040242, 3x) using screws (145718, 12x) and cam locks (120076, 24x).

Step 7

Attach drawer slide runners (CL and CR) to the side panels. Use 10102026 runners (3x each side).

Step 8

Connect side panels to the base. Use cam locks (119252, 3x) and dowels.

Step 9

Attach the top panel. Insert dowels and secure with cam locks.

Step 10

Secure the top panel using cam locks (119252, 3x) and dowels.

Step 11

Attach brackets (102553, 2x) to the top panel using screws (105248, 4x).

Step 12

Attach brackets (102553, 2x) to the top panel using screws (105248, 2x).

Step 13

Attach drawer handles. Use part 10101849 (2x) and part 158568 (2x).

Step 14

Insert dowels (101345, 4x) into the top panel.

Step 15

Attach the back panel. Slide it into the grooves.

Step 16

Slide the back panel into place.

Step 17

Secure the back panel using screws (10094763, 2x) and (10094727, 2x).

Step 18

Insert dowels (101345, 2x) into the side panels.

Step 19

Attach the shelf supports. Insert dowels and secure with screws.

Step 20

Attach the shelves. Use screws (101345, 4x).

Step 21

Attach the shelves. Use screws (118331, 4x).

Step 22

Attach the top lid. Align and press down. [rotate]

Step 23

Secure the top lid using cam locks (119252, 4x) and dowels.

Step 24

Attach drawer slide parts (10093081, 4x) and (10093082, 4x) to the drawer sides.

Step 25

Attach the anti-tip device bracket to the furniture. Use screw (100823, 1x) and (109049, 1x). Also attach bracket 10102070 (1x).

Step 26

Attach the anti-tip device bracket to the furniture. Follow the diagram for correct placement and screw insertion. [hand]

Step 27

Attach the anti-tip device bracket to the furniture. Follow the diagram for correct placement and screw insertion. [hand]

Step 28

Final check of the assembled unit.

Step 29

Attach the anti-tip device to the wall. See Wall Mounting Instructions section. Use bracket 10102070 (1x).

Step 30

Attach the anti-tip device to the furniture. Use screw (109572, 1x).

Step 31

Attach the anti-tip device to the furniture. Use screws (109572, 1x) and (100823, 1x).

Step 32

Prepare drawer components. Insert screws (118331, 4x).

Step 33

Assemble drawer sides. Insert dowels (101345, 4x).

Step 34

Attach drawer front to drawer sides. Insert screws.

Step 35

Secure drawer sides using cam locks (120076, 4x).

Step 36

Slide the drawer base into the grooves. [arrow]

Step 37

Attach back panel support bracket (10040242, 1x).

Step 38

Attach the drawer top panel. [arrow]

Step 39

Secure the drawer top panel using screws (145718, 4x) and cam locks (120076, 4x).

Step 40

Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer. Use screws (146114, 6x).

Step 41

Insert the assembled drawer into the chest. Ensure correct alignment. [arrow]

Step 42

Final check of drawer operation and alignment. [check]

Wall Mounting

Wall Anchoring Instructions

The screw(s) and plug(s) supplied can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C) use the screw(s) without plug(s). If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.

Wall Type A (Solid Wall)

Use screw (Ø 5/16" / 8 mm) with wall plug (Ø 5/16" / 8 mm). Drill hole depth: 2 3/4" (70 mm).

Wall Type B (Hollow Wall)

Use screw (Ø 5/16" / 8 mm) with wall plug (Ø 5/16" / 8 mm). Drill hole depth: approximately 1 1/4" (30 mm).

Wall Type C (Solid Wood)

Use screw (Ø 1/8" / 3 mm) without wall plug. Drill hole depth: approximately 1 1/4" (30 mm).
