Do not defeat or remove the drawer interlock system; it is an important stability and safety system.
Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach drawer slides (CL and CR) to the main side panels using screws (146114). Secure panels with cam locks (10102026) and screws (146114).

Step 2

Connect side panels using dowels (118331) and cam locks (10102026).

Step 3

Attach drawer runners to the side panels using screws (118331).

Step 4

Attach drawer bottom panels using dowels (101345).

Step 5

Insert side panels into the base structure.

Step 6

Attach back panels using dowels (119252, 119250) and cam locks (120076, 110126).

Step 7

Assemble the drawer boxes by connecting sides and back panels.

Step 8

Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer boxes using dowels (119252, 119250) and cam locks (120076, 110126).

Step 9

Attach wall mounting brackets to the top panel using screws (102553, 105248).

Step 10

Attach the top panel to the main structure using screws (105248) and cam locks (158568).

Step 11

Attach drawer handles to the drawer fronts using screws (10101849).

Step 12

Fold and insert the back panel into the cabinet structure.

Step 13

Secure the back panel to the cabinet using screws (151707, 151708).

Step 14

Attach the main cabinet side panels to the base structure.

Step 15

Secure the main cabinet side panels using screws (118331).

Step 16

Attach drawer runners to the cabinet side panels using screws (101345).

Step 17

Attach drawer slides (CL) to the drawer boxes using screws (151931).

Step 18

Attach drawer slides (CR) to the drawer boxes using screws (151931).

Step 19

Attach the back panel to the drawer box structure.

Step 20

Attach drawer runners to the drawer boxes using cam locks (110126).

Step 21

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet.

Step 22

Attach drawer runners to the cabinet sides using cam locks (119252, 119250).

Step 23

Attach drawer fronts to the drawer boxes using connectors (10093081, 10093082) and screws (119252, 119250).

Step 24

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet.

Step 25

Attach drawer runners to the cabinet sides using screws (151708, 151707).

Step 26

Attach the anti-tip device bracket to the cabinet using the provided kit components (e.g., screws 100823, brackets 109049).

Step 27

Secure the anti-tip device to the cabinet using the provided kit components (e.g., screw 109572).

Step 28

Secure the anti-tip device components to the cabinet and wall brackets.

Step 29

Position the cabinet against the wall and mark the wall for the anti-tip device attachment points.

Step 30

Wall Anchoring Instructions: Use the supplied screws and plugs for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If uncertain, seek professional advice.
