Wall Mounting Hardware Guide:
The supplied screws and plugs can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.
- Scenario A (Solid Wall): Screw insertion into a solid wall with a wall plug (Ø 5/16" or 8 mm, screw length 2 3/4" or 70 mm).
- Scenario B (Hollow Wall): Screw insertion into a hollow wall with a wall plug (Ø 5/16" or 8 mm, screw length ≈ 1 1/4" or 30 mm).
- Scenario C (Solid Wood): Screw insertion directly into solid wood (Ø 1/8" or 3 mm, screw length ≈ 1 1/4" or 30 mm).
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two base panels (part 155370) to the bottom frame using 30x screws (146114) and cam locks (10102026). A close-up shows inserting a screw and then a cam lock, with a hand turning the cam lock to secure the connection.
Step 2
Connect side panels to the base assembly. Parts involved: 5x cam locks (110126) and 8x cam bolts (118331). A close-up shows inserting a cam bolt and then securing it with a cam lock by turning it.
Step 3
Insert 8x cam bolts (118331) into the side panels. A close-up shows a hand screwing in a cam bolt.
Step 4
