Soundcore App
To fully enjoy all features, including gaming mode, equalizer tuning, device locator, and firmware updates, it is recommended to download the Soundcore app. If you cannot connect the earbuds to the Soundcore app, reinstall or update the app to the latest version from your mobile device's app store.

Assembly
Select the ear tips that best fit your ears.

Charging
Before charging, ensure the earbuds and the USB-C charging port are completely dry. Fully charge the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
- Remove the protective sticker from the earbuds before first use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using an approved USB-C charging cable.

Powering On & Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. When connecting for the first time, select "Soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" from your device's Bluetooth list. The device name may vary by region.

Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the charging case, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds until a sound prompt is heard.

Controls
You can also customize controls in the Soundcore app.

Powering Off
To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Reset
If you experience issues with pairing the earbuds to each other or to other devices, perform a reset. First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Then, remove the earbuds from the charging case. Within one minute of powering on the earbuds, tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

Indicator Lights Guide

Firmware Update
You should receive a notification when a new firmware version is detected after connecting the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, ensure the earbuds are charging and avoid using them.
